The staff were very helfull once but the prices are really high.. They wanted £32 to replace a tube.. Not worth it since tubes are not half that price.

Amazing service, they let me use their tools and bike stand, service on your bike is a bit expensive £30.

Had a little "off" just south of Caernarfon, and managed to buckle front wheel. Aligned it so I could get back to Caernarfon having found Beics Menei online. Asked if there was anything they could do for the front wheel, and fortunately not terminal. Explained he had trued it as best he could without rebuilding wheel. Also checked my wife's bike over too. Suggested we go and get a coffee/ food whilst they gave the bikes the once over. Came bike and all was good. So thank you very much. So often have I been fobbed off with sharp intake of breath, etc. So thank you lads. Good service and with a smile.
