I'm writing this to the owners:
1- low quality food. 2- bad service except the bold guy was helpful and smiling . 3- good price. 4- no plates offered.! 5- order was not as expected"It wasn't kabsa". Finally we ate at the place and I had to serve the waiter instead of him serving me :)

If i were the owner I'd focus on one or two aspects ( grills or burgers as example ) instead of trying to be everything.

shocking! ordered food about 2 hour ago and it was super late arriving.. paid for a large bottle of coke, but got given 2 CANS OF PEPSI. Chips were very undercooked, ordered a chicken nugget & chips meal and only got given 4 chicken nuggets. the chips were barely warm, and the chicken kebab had about 3 pieces of chicken in it. Not impressed at all, do not recommend!!!!!

Awful we ordered a cheese burger with just cheese e.g. no sauce and no salad they repeated my order twice so I knew they had the right order and a large cheesy chips and the burger had salad just thrown on it hardly any cheese and the bottom of the bun was all soggy and falling apart and the chips had hardly no cheese on them what a waste pf 15 ppunds i will never use here again..... even our drinks turned up warm!!!!!

They forgot one of our orders of chips and when it arrived all the food was cold and soggy and very very poor quality it felt like I was eating dog food I am very unhappy with the service. I had been severely depressed all day and decided to treat myself to a take away to cheer my self up and I honestly can that nothing has made me more suicidal than my meal.

Have ordered twice. Both times given about 1 and a half hours delivery time. Both times arrived about 30min. Good for me. Kebabs and burgers both good. Delivery guy good. Gave tip. "No no delivery free". I know i'm starving thanks for being effecient and honest.

The chicken was not enjoyable at all it was freshly fried but was not breaded here. It was very greasy and soggy. I was also was not given my change ( 1p which I don't really care about but still) .

Your delivery driver was useless and decided to argue with me over my own address. Terrible service. Also my chips are soggy and cold and my onion rings taste like they have been thrown in a microwave. Revolting. Will not be ordering from you again. Horrible place.

Bella is a classic for Bangor students, cheap food that is probably made from mystery meat but it does everyone good after a night out.
