Best hair cuts in Cardiff and awesome customer service.

5star Rating for Jamie who works there. Excellent at his job, definitely be using him again.

Bentley and co are far too full of their own self importance and their customer service is lousy and unprofessional in my opinion. Booked an appointment days in advance but when I turned up on time they'd taken a walk-in and told me I'd have to wait 45 mins no real apology. I won't be going back.

I always book in with John; an excellent barber who looks after my hair & beard. He does a brilliant cut and is really good at giving advice so I can recreate what he's done at home. I've been going to Bentley & Co for over 2 years now and I won't go anywhere else. It's a real men's retreat with a relaxed atmosphere.

Just had my head shave this afternoon at Bentley. Very unsatisfied because
1. The barber cut my face, no further action he took to sterilised or stop the bleeding.
2. The head shave was not good. It is rugged with an odd block (see the photo), the barber took a phone call during the hair cutting.

Normally I did my head shave in Brighton, there are many old-fashioned style barbers there, and the barbers are professional - at least, working very carefully. Therefore the outcomes were always good - at least, the shape is smooth.

Won't used them (Bentley & Co.) again.

Ryan is a superb barber. I live in London but still plan my haircuts around when I'm net in Cardiff. Highly recommend

If you are looking for the Barbers in Cardiff, this is it. I had my hair cut by Tom Sage and he was incredibly friendly and professional and the best haircut I have ever had. I cannot recommend this establishment enough.
