----------------------------------------- ----- **De-matting Policy** Our normal grooming charge does not include De-matting. There will be an additional charge per 10 minutes extra grooming time required to De-matt your dog. De-matting can be painful for the dog. Even though, we will do our best to preserve the coat, however, the welfare of the dog will always come first. We may have to shave the coat when necessary.... ----------------------------------------- ----- **Fleas policy** Berwick's Barking Beauties reserve the right to refuse a dog from grooming if we are made aware of any fleas. However, if your dog is found to have fleas once in our care, we may not carry out any of the services required and the dog will be washed in an essention oil shampoo specifically to kill fleas and a £10 fee will be added to your full bill due to having to refuse further customers that day to have the infestation treated in the salon. The shampoo we use will kill fleas that are on your dog but it does not prevent reinfestation. I Took Both My Dogs Rocco And Cleo Here To Stay At Berwick Kennels For The First Time And Was Slightly Nervous Of Leaving Them As They’ve Never Left My Side Before But Had A Warm Welcome From Staff And Was Reassured I Could Ask About Them Anytime Whilst I Was Away. When Collecting Them It Was Great To See How Happy They Both Were And Both Came Home Smelling Devine After Having A Grooming Whilst There. One Happy Customer And Two Happy Dogs.
