Clean and up to date rooms, V comfy bed, decent TV, ok shower, nice breakfast, friendly staff, free on street parking, quiet area, well priced.
What a homely friendly guest house and the hosts are simply lovely we were booked into halcyon hotel prestatyn the smell of mold and damp made us leave sharply but found a real jem in berwyn guest house, which is clean comfortable and the fresh breakfast is great . Will be returning soon the hosts cannot do enough and nothing is too much trouble . We will be back .x
The rooms are immaculate and each have their own design. Plenty of places to park on the road. The service is brilliant and the owners show how passionate and caring they are about their business with everything they do
Lovely friendly, family run guest house. 5 minutes from the sea front. Nothing is too much trouble for the hosts. Food excellent, bedroom superb.
What a lovely couple and their rooms are lovely and clean. The breakfast was lurvlee with gluten-free sausages too :)) I phoned last minute and they fitted me in. You have to stay here, not far from the town centre and the beach. Stay and enjoy, I will again.
Clean place to stay, friendly people receive & take care of you. I highly recommend this B&B.

Staid one night at the guest house with my boyfriend during our kiteboarding trip. Very lovely clean and warm room. Very nice and helpful hosts. Would definitely recommend.
Cosy and quiet. Pleasant owners. Good room and decent breakfast - cereals, juices, fry up and vegetarian selection if you want it.
