The food was excellent could not complain at all service was nice waittress was welcoming, spa was nice and relaxing in. Myself And my wife Wasnt happy with the staff when they changed over at 10pm last night me and my wife sitting there at the bar having a drink watching tv and the bar person just turns off tv not even asking if we still watching it totally blanked us about seeing if we wanted another drink turning lights off closing all door it felt like he just wanted us to leave so we ended up in the room by 10.30pm. 3 stars are for the food and spa.

Real good expierence of spa and restaurant staff very friendly and at tentative couldn't do enough for us we were a party of five and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves well done to u all working there

Had a lovely time staying at the hotel. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Rooms are good size and clean. Food is good and have a nice bar area. Would stay here again.

I will never stay here again! The rooms and staff are great...the owners and management not. Our 1st night we waited 11\2 hrs for our food...2steaks !! They had a wedding function and it seemed that was the priority . 2nd day lunchtime and we asked for 2cheese sandwiches..... Sorry NO cheese. .. 2nd evening 2 steaks.,sorry NO steaks... 75% of the menu consisted of steak. I could go on and on but suffice to say we will NOT be returning.

We stayed overnight in preparation for our CarmsMeansBiz show the following day. After a long day of setting up the show we had a lovely meal in the restaurant and a great night's sleep in a lovely large suite. All the staff were helpful and attentive. Highly recommend.

I attended as a wedding guest. The staff were courteous and professional. I observed one handle an awkward individual in his stride more than fairly. The let down for me was the condition of the conservatory. A few drips from the roof in places and a valet wouldn't have done it any harm. Elsewhere was clean and impressive. Ample parking. Easy to find. Catering staff were polite and efficient.

We only went in error (wrong venue) but staff are friendly polite and helpful. The place itself was scenic and warm. Very spacious

Second New year visit, stayed 3 nights on both occasions, standard of food on each of those nights has been excellent. Staff pleasant. Rooms warm & clean, any problems just mention at reception and in my experience they get it sorted.
