Best Western Lamphey Court Hotel & Spa

Room was a bit shabby, Windows were all broken and mould in the bathroom, however room was a decent size. Massage service was a shambles. Booked an hour long deep tissue massage for both of us. My partner got 17 mins and I got 30. Neither was deep tissue. Got a refund, but left a sour taste in our romantic weekend. Was a massive disappointment.

We had one night here and were made to feel welcome and relaxed quickly. They made a mistake in not having a bottle of wine in the room upon arrival but this was quickly rectified and a very nice bottle with our evening meal.
The spa was lovely, didn't have a treatment but the gym was great as was the lovely pool.
The only downside for me was the mattress which was too soft.

We loved staying at this Lamphey property. It was a beautiful & peaceful property. Staff were very nice. We especially enjoyed the sheep farm next to the property. Rooms were very clean& spacious for a family. Dinner & breakfasts were enjoyable. We had a lovely time. I would highly recommend this hotel & would stay here again.

Christine was helpful and professional at the reception as was Lisa in the dining room. We were impressed with the upgraded bedroom and the general appearance of the hotel. The improvements in the restaurant , both the food and the decor, made our breakfast all the more enjoyable. Congratulations! We have already booked for our next visit.

Helpful and friendly staff, the night porter even opened the bar for us, even though we were the only two people in the restaurant that late. Pool and spa are nice and modern. The place is generally pretty "old school" with paintings and flowery wallpaper all over the place, but has charm and character. Also recommend the Dial Inn down the road for a few drinks.

Lovely staff, nice facilities. Issues with the food. Advertised food as gluten free, but it wasn't. Of 4 meals we had across the stay 3 of them had to be changed.

Lovely stay at Lamphey Court. We stayed there about 10 years ago and the pool/spa/gym area has really been transformed into a nice relaxing area. The food was great and the staff were friendly and helpful.
