My page is to inform everyone of where and when I will be holding my Pilates classes in the local area.

I am qualified to teach both Yoga and Pilates (IAHT registered). I believe in healing the body as a whole - the mind, soul and body.
I have also been qualified in Reiki Healing since 2012 and Holistic Massage since 2014 (CMA approved Diploma).

I have also been a part of Cwmbran Community Centre since 2013 developing my mediumship and psychic abilities. I have been reading tarot and oracle cards since 2012.

I have a BTEC Level 2 in Herbal Remedies /Supplements, Vitamins & Minerals, Exercise and Nutrition /Weight Management Products and Complementary Healthcare inc Aromatherpy, Bach Flower Remedies, Beauty & Food products.

I now have my level 2 in International Massages (IVAS registered) and my Diploma in Tai Chi (IAHT qualified). New services will be coming soon. I am also qualified to do gel nails and manicures /pedicures (IVOES registered).
