Jason is one of the most helpful guys I've met. Despite dropping in with a broken bike at a moment's notice (several times, I might add), he's always happy to check it out. Bought 2 bikes from him over the years and have always been impressed with the service. Despite having other specialist bike shops nearer to me, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommended.

Excellent service, no faults with jases repairs or service. Anyone that says different is rubbish! Highly recommend 👍🏻

Same as Stephen's comment: I smashed my derailleur/chain because of a branch and pushed the bike up to that shop. I asked if they could lend me the tool to put my chain back on the bike (a "single speed" quick fix to allow me to at least get back to the station), I had left mine at home.

You could expect from a LBS in the Brecon Beacons some sort of solidarity. But no. They refused. As I had no choice, I left them the bike for them to do it. Any cyclist knows it literally takes 2mn. And they charged me £15. Re-using the old chain obviously.

The same kind of accident happened the year after in a tiny, tiny shop in the middle of Chile where clearly they could have ripped me off: I was obviously European, and desperate. But no, they fixed it for free and even gave me a sticker...

I can't judged their skills but I find this attitude really ridiculous.

Very helpful spot. I needed spare tubes and the chap helped me get the right ones and lent me the pump. Also asked him about routes around and he told me a few good ones. Great place to stop by if youre cycling national route 8.

I brought my Specialized StumpJumper in last Saturday after the rear wheel locked up while riding 'the gap'. It was late Saturday and was looking forward to riding the next day. They did a fab job getting me going again and wouldn't take a penny for their troubles True customer service and a great cycle shop too. Thoroughly recommended if you are in the Brecon area.

Just purchased new Rocky Mountain Altitude 750 replacing Trek Ex 9 also bought from Biped four years ago. Excellent, professional and friendly advice as always from Jason and Joe.

Having just riden the bike for three days in The Peak District, as Jason advised, the bike is exactly what I wanted. Definitely would recommend this shop to anyone.

After sales service is also excellent. Thanks Biped!!

After Jason fitted my roadbike for me I could not believe the difference.
Went through the full spectrum.
Quite an extensive process , worthwhile and worth the money....surprising what a few tweaks do. .I have been on bikes for 25 year's and learned a lot .
good advice to start with..good and detailed information of what we achieved and most important better riding position.
Highly recommended give them a call.

Purchase two inner tubes whilst on a Audax ride in the morning.
Returned in afternoon as the rain had washed most of the lube off the chain. Asked if they would quickly relube chain. Offered payment.
Ignored request and diverted topic to me buying chain lube or they only do it if bike is serviced.
I couldn't believe it. I've got lube at home, could of made a few quid for a minutes effort
Would of thought they would be willing to help. Absolute wasters.
