Great news everyone our latest 8 week camps will start again in approximately 4 weeks time.


Once again our next 8 weeks have grown again with 100 + people set to be on the most popular boot camp in North Wales.

We have 3 separate evening time camps, 1 daytime camp with crèche and 1 early morning camp.

We have brilliant facilities, fantastic instructors, bags of fun, super results, cooking classes, many various exercise classes, great support network, nutritional specialist on the next camp and much more.
