Big Yellow Self Storage Cardiff

Only one complaint. The pedestrian gate was locked and I was informed this is company policy for security. I had to walk through the heavy goods entrance into the main yard. This is dangerous as pedestrians forced to walk alongside vans, and reversing trucks. Get the pedestrian open BYS !!, this is dangerous and does not need to be.

Clean tidy and easily accessible. I feel safe knowing my belongings are stored here.

Can't recommend Big Yellow Self Storage enough! They were extremely helpful with my enquiry, always going above and beyond to help (particularly James!) and were so generous in donating boxes for our charity event. Amazing customer service!

I cannot recommend Big Yellow enough! The staff (Nathan, Sian, Marcus and the team) will always welcome you with a smile and are really friendly, helpful and always on hand to solve problems. It has been very easy to increase our storage to suit our needs - and have even set up an office space there. Everywhere is clean, safe and secure. Great location wise for our business too - right by the train station and heart of the city. Deliveries and collections are easy and simple and the staff are there on hand to aid with that too.

Great experience with the staff at Penarth Road store. Have been easy to contact and quick response to queries and very helpful when I went to look around before starting to store items. Would definitely recommend to others and use again. Didn't check prices elsewhere but I thought the rates were reasonable.

Sian has been excellent with all my storage needs, sorting out my initial rental and subsequent change of rooms when downsizing was also seamless! i would highly recommend!
