Really helpful staff assisted me in the Tongwynlais store when I was buying a gift, even though my knowledge was limited I was able to make an informed decision and buy a great present thanks to the expert and patient staff there!

Popped into this cycle store today and was met by Rich. Only wanted a lock & a bicycle pump but I felt the level of service offered was excellent. Really friendly environment & I felt very welcome. When I need a new bike this will be the place I buy it. So many other local business could take a leaf out of the bike sheds good. Very impressed �

Popped in for the 1st time today (Tongwynlais store). Nice place and great prices and customer service. Left my 2013 Nukeproof Scalp Pro with them to get some parts changed. Looking forward to getting it back :) Cheers guys!

I took my bike to the new shop in Tongwynlais for brakes ! Very very pleased with the service ! Very friendly and helpful staff ! Excellent service all round

I took my bike in with dodgy back wheel bearings, expecting to have to leave it for repair - but Richard had it all sorted within 10 minutes, and didn't charge me a penny. I was delighted - what fantastic service!

Had a new group set and a new fox dropper seat post fitted,whilst bleeding my brakes they found an airline crack in my calliper,they phoned me to inform me agreed the the price and they ordered it in and replaced it all within a couple of days,phoned me once again when the work was complete.Since this was my first dealings with Bike Shed Wales they made me feel as if they new me for years top class staff an amazing boss totally Rolls Royce service without Rolls Royce prices.Many many thanks to John and his staff at the bike shed 👍👍👍👍👍

Great little bike shop. The friendly shop assistant fixed my bike for me there and then after I discovered an issue on my way into work. Much appreciated!

First class. All members of staff are so attentive to all your needs....with bikes. Quality stock also, but if not in that day, they always get it very quick. So lucky to have as a local bike shop.

Bought a Trek Allant hybrid from them about 3 months ago and the service I had was super. From the minute I went in they were more than willing to help, give advice and let me try a few bikes. All of the staff are friendly helpful and more than happy to go the extra mile.



I have just bought my first new road bike and yet again they were great. Let me try a few bikes, ordered the exact bike in for me to look at, and again they custom fitted it! What more do you want...

Bike shed staff are brilliant. My daughter had an accident on her bike and they fixed it up like new again even though it meant ordering another bike to get the part required as the supplier didn't have the spare part. Thank you Richard and team, I have one happy little girl.

Always extremely helpful. Bought a floor pump yesterday and was helped with my tyre that I hadnt fitted properly by the valve.

After having my bike stolen 3 days before I was due to go on holiday, the guys at the bike shed really looked after me and went out of their way to get me on a bike again as soon as possible. Friendly, knowledgable service. Nice one guys, really appreciate it.
