At Bindweed Bakery we specialise in novelty and sculpted cakes. We also offer a selection of delicious cupcakes, brownies, biscuits, traybakes and fudges.
Bindweed Bakery Description
My name is Kie.
I have loved baking since I was big enough to wield a wooden spoon, and have many fond childhood memories of making delicious breads, welshcakes and cakes with my mother. Aside from baking my other great love is sculpture (my polymer clay sculptures can be seen here) so when I recently stumbled upon the wonderful world of sculpted cakes you can imagine my delight as I quickly realised that it was the perfect opportunity to combine both of my passions into one, and so Bindweed Bakery was born!
I work from my home kitchen which has been registered and inspected by my local Environmental Health Department, and has been awarded a rating of 4. I also hold a current Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate.
