Second visit here and great service both times . Lowest prices around on beer and food . Manager was very hands on serving, clearing plates and running a good tight ship .

Had a lamb shank and mash with gravy really lovely. Also had tea and carrot cake it was late coming but they let me have it free because it was there fault they were really nice about it. Would go there again. Staff were very helpful.

My son and I had lunch here. Staff were friendly and helpful and the food came quickly. Cheap and cheerful. The food is ok, I wouldn't say it is the best but £9 for 2 meals with drinks is undeniably good value.

Spent last two nights and mornings eating here. Good food, service excellent...it was a comfort to know we could rely on eating and drinking here...especially as the Hotel was v poor! Thanks you rescued our 2 days away!

Great, friendly service with great food and drinks

Food would not be seen as posh or amazing but definitely good food for when you want something filling and cheap. Quick service and friendly staff.

I rated 5 stars as it keeps to the wetherspoons standard, you not going to get a Gordon Ramsey quality meal but the price totally reflects that. It's very good value with 2 people eating for around £20 with drinks.
If you would like better than just good food then go to a local resturant but be prepared to pay atleast double. You get what you pay for in this world.

Brilliant place good service staff very polite and attentive. The disabled loos were spotless. Lovely food, especially the Rump Steak. The only negative the main room is very noisy when busy.
