Black Mountains Gliding Club

All staff very friendly and made the whole experience of going up in a glider a memorable experience,can't thank Martin who took me up enough,he put his trust in me taking over the controls what made it even more special.

Very friendly gliding club well used to accommodating groups from other gliding clubs wanting to take advantage of their excellent ridge and wave soaring opportunities. Camping available on site for visiting pilots.
This would be a great place to come for gliding experience days as the ridge and wave soaring make for interesting flights that many glider pilots don't experience until they have been flying for quite some time.
Experienced instructors, friendly tug pilots and members.

Great place, very friendly people :)

A great experience with some of the nicest people I've ever met. I'll refrain from going into detail, but our Jaguar failed to start and we were well looked after. The trial lesson has really given me a buzz to seek a local club to glide. Thanks to all all Black Mountains Gliding Club.
