VOLUNTEERS NEEDED at The Towy Salmon Swimming Club for the Disabled, Carmarthen!
If you have a passion for helping others, are confident in water and can spare an hour every Sunday, TSSCD would love you to join them at Carmarthen Leisure Centre.

What a result! Our fantastic Welsh Swimmers who took part in the UK National Championships today in Seven Oaks, Kent have struck GOLD! They're coming home with 7 Golds, 4 Silvers and 2 Bronze! Congratulations everyone!
