Today, we launched our annual Giving Tree appeal in association with North Down & Ards Women's Aid. For 19 years, Bloomfield customers have shown amazing generosity buying gifts for children who through no fault of their own will not be able to spend Christmas at home. I recently had cause to contact Bloomfield in relation to a lost child’s cuddly toy belonging to my daughter. From initial contact with their Facebook page, to discussing with staff in the centre and friends who work there, I honestly cannot praise them enough. Everyone from the management team down were all on the hunt and trying their best to find them, even when finished duty. Security staff helped narrow down where the toy was last seen and this ultimately allowed Fiona in M&S to find the toy this morning. Whilst some say it’s only a toy, for various reasons this toy has a big sentimental value to my daughter and me hence my determination to find it. This shopping centre really does have great staff but special mention to Jamie; Rachel; James,Johnny and Billy all of whom have been brilliant. My daughter is too young to even appreciate but I know she will be over the moon when she gets reunited as she has been asking all morning for this cuddly toy!

Had a lovely day shopping here today, took my little boy to his first visit to see santa. I can honestly this is the best santa iv came across was just brilliant with my son and also a mention to the lady that helps him and the boy that prints the photos both also lovely people who gave us a really nice experience. Thanks Bloomfield �

A big shout out to Ross, centre staff who helped my sister and I with my dad who took unwell in the centre today. Ross is a credit to your team and he walked dad with us to the car to check he was ok. ��

This was a very pleasant experience, lovely and open place with plenty of shops to interest even me, a mere man, who knows nothing about that shopping lark.

I really like this shopping centre. I think the range of shops are good. And the places to eat are great for a day time snack.

It would have been a 5, except I can never seem to connect to the wifi; and also the toilets usually are little grubby with toilet roll on the floor etc.

But overall I'm impressed with this shopping centre

I had a lovely day shopping there with my daughter we are both disabled and found no problems but would find it hard to park on a busy day great shops with plenty of room and very helpful staff thank you all

ok so i look up the reviews about the shopping center and all i see is moan after moan ...wise the hell up people and just review about the shop's not your health issue's

Totally fed up with people standing at main entrance to centre smoking... clearly states no smoking. Centre don't seem to do anything about it. Children using that entrance all day too as well as adults. Absolutely disgusting having people's smoke all over the place on way in and out... Today my clothes smelt of smoke. It's so unthoughtful and wrong.

I lost my £100 cash rent money in car park at main entrance when loading shopping in my car boot at around 7pm, If u found cash in car park or handed it in can u please let me know as I am in bits and have lost my rent money�� I have rang and they can't help me, please share and hopefully there are still honest people out there who have done the right thing! I found over one hundred pounds in symths and handed it in straight away to security at Xmas. Please I'm so stressed ���

I hate having to get into the mall by walking through a cloud of smoke due to the bins being right next to the doors. Signs are irrelevant if it not enforced. The signs previously were so high up the wall you could not see them unless you looked up, and management never enforced the signs. Make a change please!

Why the hell do we need yet another coffee shop and at the same time make existing parking a nightmare! Crazy idea

Watch out for the parking tickets . £100 fine if your wheels on on the white line . Cheaper to park in Bangor and shop in the town centre.

Was at this shopping center today this morning after at my doctors so I am disabled an amputee could not get a disabled parking space and do not enjoy parking at mother toddlers spaces as some parents not all do not agree with this . So I parked lower end of center out of the way early enough that there was plenty of spaces there done shopping which I might add spent a fortune to come out to my car with a man about to give me a ticket for taking up more than one space which would apparently result in a fine. Now I explained no disabled spaces free so came down and that I do need space around my car to which he replied I was totally wrong in doing so and other things with it in a very abrupt and rude manner which I said to him he then replied he is not well a bit of a cold I think . No excuse for being so abrupt and rude does he have the worry of losing the only leg he has left. The experience with this chat was so bad I ended up in my friend's house in floods of tears. So all as I can say is this shopping center is no way disabled friendly and please try find somewhere more supportive of people's disabilities. Would not recommend this place

The centre has totally ignored those of us that require taxis to be able to shop there. Taxi have to drive down a dead end past disabled parking on one side and mother care spaces on the other. Even with yellow lines the drop off point is baracaded off until first parking spot. Usually someone has patked their car awkwardly on the dtop off with no one to about to tell them to move on. Even if your taxi does make it down to help fill their boot there is very little space to do a 3 point turn to come out again. Especially worse if 2 or 3 taxis turn up. It's a total disgrace and discriminates against those of us that have mobility problems and need that taxi. Taxi drivers are fed up and nearer Christmas can't get in so you have to walk a substantial way to Bloomfield rd. This can't be done by many including myself. Bloomfields please make a designated taxi area that isn't blocked off at the footpath, or where the taxi has to be creative in turning their car around or reversing the length of Next and Mothercare.

Ludicrous parking invoice for parking in a free quiet part of the carpark. I and my family and friends will not be back. Maybe if more children and parents spaces were provided and less empty disabled spaces, we wouldn't need the extra space.

Disappointing and illegal if no off street parking order exists.

Just got a £60 PARKING TICKET for parking on shevrons was gone for literally 2 minutes to cash machine came back to find a ticket on my car. the guy must have been watching and waiting for you to leave so he could pounce. While i argued with him over the ridiculous charge i pointed out that there were 4 vehicles parked in the bus stop his answer was priceless. Thats owned by the council. WTF. Needless to say i will not be back to bloomfield shopping centre again for anything.
