A unique self-defence course for professionals who are subject to the Reasonable Force requirements of the CPS.

We run courses for professionals who need a good basic understanding of self-defence. Our specialist courses have all been designed by people who understand the difficulties inherent with your profession. We have also been trained and understand (as much as any lay-person can) the use of the term Reasonable Force. Our courses are available for Police Officers, Prison Staff, Nurses and hospital staff, Teachers and EMTs and each course has been designed for your specific needs so please only book the course relevant to your profession.
