I just spent a beautiful weekend leading my fourth annual women’s retreat at Felinganol woodland retreat. Feeling so much gratitude for this magical, wild place that Meriel Goss and her team have created. A huge thank you to all the women who came and embraced the Wild Mother - the torrential rain on Friday, then sunlight and birdsong for the rest of the weekend. Truly an elemental experience 💕

I'm very happy that one of my favourite teachers, Peter Blackaby, has ventured into recording videos. His clarity, deep thinking and humility make him the kind of teacher that many people seek out, not to mention his years of experience, both as a yoga teacher and osteopath.
