Bluebell Hotel

Room very good, bed very comfortable, down side you can hear guests walking around in the room above, staff very helpful and friendly

Such a great suite. Staff were friendly and helpful and the location was very convenient. Wish we'd had time to stay another night!

I checked out this morning after a three-day stay and was also there for three days in May. It appears that that ownership changed hands in June and there have been some disturbing signs:

The prices seem to have increased sharply, though some of this may be due to summer-time increases and there have been staff cuts.

The hotel is still excellent and the (remaining) staff are still as professional and friendly as before. The problem is that they all seem overly stretched, particularly at breakfast time, and a lot of the time I noticed that no staff were available anywhere, even on reception.

The Bluebell is an Institution but its reputation won't stand much of this level of penny-pinching. Please don't spoil the ship for a ha'porth of tar!

We've had a nice room and slept very well. The staff was friendly and the included breakfast was good. I'd recommend this hotel.

I booked this hotel for my in-laws to stay and it is beautiful. Better than I expected. Friendly staff, immaculate hotel, stunning rooms and they have said the breakfast is delicious. They have no complaints.

We had a stag at blurbells .The rooms where really nice ,Good food,Bar open till late and the staff where excellent.

Bluebell Hotel Neath

I've just spent an enjoyable two days and nights stay at this Hotel .

My bedroom was nice clean and tidy ,with TV and WiFi if you need it ,tea and coffee in the room for when you just want a sit and a cup of tea.

With full breakfast if you want it or continental if you wish with tea or coffee.

This is seventh time staying at this Hotel , Happy Holidays. Feb 2017.
