We’ve just got back from a fantastic week at Bluestone. There was plenty to do for the whole family (our ages ranged from 15 months to 70!) The instructors at the Adventure Centre were absolutely outstanding, my 6 year old daughter did a rock climbing session with Simon and I can’t praise him enough. Thank you! Really hope to visit again soon. Would definitely recommend.

User

We spend our last holiday in February 2018 at Blue stone resort. It’s was full of beautiful views activities. We both love nature and we really enjoyed the forest walk and it was the best. Friendly and helpful staff and the lodge was super clean and nice. Specially it’s a great place to visit with kids. We will definitely come back in future. Thank you Blue stone ...

User

We have just got home from the most beautiful weekend! We had a cottage, and although little noisy at times! Was a beautiful home for 3 days! My boys so excited by the room and as a mum to turn up and have stair gates, a nappy bin, a high chair and a cot bed without chasing it was amazing!

Super impressed with the starter bag and how simple recycling was.

We pre booked some activities which I highly recommend even more so for rainy days! The woody wood shows are amazing for little ones under 5! I was so impressed and for £3 each totally worth every penny!

Also the dinner show was amazing and they sang Happy Birthday to my boy! They referred to the children by name the whole weekend! Then the live show outside and the pool! Was so clean and they couldn’t do more to make it an enjoyable experience! So we had a few hick ups and I would recommend taking your own breakfast as isn’t a lot of choice for that! But we are totally re booking and taking friends next time!

The on site shop isn’t over priced and a lunch for four including drinks came to £44 which on an on-site place was so reasonable

So thank you to everyone!!!! Xxx

We loved how my dairy intolerant son could eat everywhere, and eat pizza for the first time in 6 months in a take away box, because they do a dairy free pizza! Also had sorbet available at all ice cream spots, but you have to ask!

User

We came on bank holiday Monday (7th May) and it was so hot, but there was so much we could before we got into our lodge! We had use of all the facilities and had a lovely lunch in cwtch coffi. We hired a golf buggy which was lots of fun, our lodge was beautiful and had everything and more than we needed for our stay! The facilities are fantastic and the staff are all friendly and helpful! We can’t wait to book and come back again we’re sad to be leaving tomorrow!

User

Usually stay at centreparcs but Bluestone was highly recommended to us by friends and it didn’t let us down. The accommodation was clean and spacious plus I loved the fact that they use solar panels and encourage guests to recycle. Great size for our 4 year old and he loved the golf buggies (as did we)! Restaurant staff were amazing for our little boys birthday and the whole place is designed for families with lots of places to play for kids both inside and out. We went to the pirate show which got the kids involved throughout, although we struggled to follow the story at the beginning. Things are expensive compared to outside but cheaper than centreparcs and the quality was better than I expected. I’ve also discovered that Bluestone are going to build a resort in North Wales which will be so much closer for us and I’m sure once built we will be booking straight away.

User

This was our third visit to Bluestone. Once again the staff and facility exceeded our expectations. I am highly impressed the continuous improvement ethos that is evident in Bluestone - changes to the entertainment programmes, changes to the food offerings and a very evident maintenance programme making the facility somewhere you do not tire of visiting. We had some additional requirements for this stay due to health reasons for one of our kids and Bluestone were incredibly good at facilitating us (special thanks to the house staff) making it a hugely memorable experience. We also brought grandparents with us and it was their first visit and they were entirely happy with the stay. We will definitely be back again it is just the most relaxing family centric place we have ever been.

User

Really friendly staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Plenty of entertainment for young children and a new play ground where you can keep an eye on them. Much improved since our last stay 2 years ago and we enjoyed it then too. Entertainment staff were great and made the pirate theme exciting and interactive. Accommodation spotless.

User

Our family went 2 years ago for the first time and also we returned this year for a familymoon after a wedding service. It is fantastic there. Plenty for everyone of all ages. Lots of fresh air and plenty of nature to indulge in. Soo many physical activities as well as their village to visit. The log cabins have doo much space and are definitely not short of home comforts . Top notch full family fun . Who needs to be constantly entertained and zoned out when you can make and be part of the fun!!

User

Omg where do I start, from the friendly staff at check in to it all being so easy and exciting.

We hired a buggy I felt £90 for 4 days was very expensive though, with the group we was with and a 3 year old it would off been to much to get around walking or cycling. We did have great fun wizzing around exploring the site and Leo loved it.

The lodge was amazing so clean spacious really well equipped for children with stair gates, Cutlery, plates, travel cot if needed, high chair.

Was so impressed with the lodge the location was great amazing view.

The site itself was great the village had everything play-area, pubs, restaurant, coffee ice cream, shop, spa, really lovely and clean everywhere with lovely greenery for children to run around and play.

Loved there’s a no car rule on site, makes you feel very safe with children around.

The blue lagoon great pool excellent maybe the lockers felt a bit sad but changing area was clean and the staff around the pool so on the ball with making sure everyone was safe very reassuring.

The indoor play area was a great again so clean and in good condition crazy golf loads off activity’s (at an extra cost)

We didn’t make use off the entertainment the timing never really work well for us, or the other paid for activity’s my 3 year old was really wanting to do the older activity’s. I think a broacher explaining what the actives involved would be good along with recommending on booking to book for the meal and show and we was told it was full when we arrived which was a shame and that they take bookings months in advance for this advent so would be good to off know this before hand.

I simply can’t recommend here enough I didn’t want to leave will definitely be returning staff everywhere are so helpful loads to do can’t wait I see the new sky dome on our return.

Thank you so much for such a lovely holiday.

User

Myself, husband, 4 year old son and 8 month old daughter had a blast at bluestone! I was sceptical at first as I love my holidays abroad but they wowed us.

Staff were absolutely wonderful. So friendly and nothing was a bother. Always smiling and helpful. We arrived on Monday (7th may) when it was sooo hot and the lodge was like an oven, we rang the booking office and they got in contact with house keeping within minutes we had 2 fans! One for the children’s room and one for us.

The lodge itself was beautiful (skomer), spacious and clean. My son loved the little den area with his own little tv to chill out in after a busy day. Ducks and a squirrel visited us every morning at the French doors which was lovely. The kids loved that. It’s very peaceful and quiet and it’s the best nights sleep I’ve had in a long time.

Entertainment was fantastic and sooo fun! For adults and children. I think the entertainment team are so talented and full of energy and great with the children. It would be great if they had a better stage area really as both stages they have are quite small for such great energy and fun! They had me laughing all the time! Especially Will! He is fab and in everything we saw, rangers show, camp smokey, festival, secret village, pub quiz, he was there! And I can see why, as he is so good at what he does!

Food....outstanding...delicious....hea venly! Amazing food! Using local produce and cooked to perfection. Everywhere we ate it was lovely! Especially farmhouse grill and the chippy! I will say it is pricey, BUT for the quality it is worth it.

We hired a golf buggy while we were there. It is hilly, we walked quite a bit but used the buggy when family visited and if we needed to get somewhere quick (booking etc), mainly if we forgot something in the lodge usually the baby’s bottle or food so would walk back to the lodge and use the buggy to get back to where we were. They are also a lot of fun and kids love them.

Blue lagoon is fun and my son loved the waves. The only negative about the whole place was that in the blue lagoon there’s no slides for children under 5/6 years old. My 4 year old was desperate to have ago on a slide but he was too small. Some smaller slides would of been amazing.

We hope to book another holiday there in the future. Bravo, winning me over to British holidays

MAGICAL! What a absoulte gem of a place! Just want to bottle up this place and take it home. We have captured the best family memorys thanks to Bluestone.Zoomed around in a golf buggy, We have been on fairy hunts, shows, swimming (lots), Travelled down to a cabin in the woods for smokey joes shindig (best family night out ever). Been brave and conqured fears together as a family!High ropes, rock climbing, axe throwing, archery, driving school! Brilliant staff,My girls yesterday morning were booked into rock climbing at 11 and the bluestone ranger in charge of the activity was absoultley brilliant. He made the effort with my girls making them feel comfortable, and jumping on the climbing wall with them to help them reach the top, he was a legend. The lodges are beautiful, with each one having a lot of space between the next, with a huge outdoor area.Everything done here is done beautifully and simply, nothing is over the top or tacky. I love you have the freedom to roam and to do as much or as little as you like.My only regret is that we didn't book a whole week! Bluestone it's been a pleasure and thank you for the best family hoilday ever, until next time. 😍😚🤗

User

Just returned from a big family get together at Bluestone. We stayed in a Dinas lodge as a party of 8, facilities and grounds were immaculate and fitted everyone’s needs brilliantly. The activities were well run with helpful staff... only recommendation would be definitely hire a buggy in advance unless you enjoy hiking as it is very steep in areas which was tiring for some of our party after a few days!

Great break away, thoroughly recommend Bluestone

User

Just come back from a very last minute weekend break to Bluestone .

Lovely lodge and good fasciities. Weather was lovely so we took advantage of the outdoor activities - paddle boarding and tree climbing. Paddle boarding was good fun and good value whilst we felt the tree climbing was a bit pricey as the kids mastered it half the alloted time.

Depending on location of lodge I woild definitely recommend hiring a buggy as lots of hilly walking involved.

All in all a great weekend 🌞

User

I have just spent 4 days at Bluestone with my son & family, a 4year old & an 8 year old and must say I was very impressed. The lodge was very roomy and well equipped to a high standard. There were great walks and the Blue Lagoon was a big hit, not to mention the Adventure Centre, plenty to keep everyone occupied from morning till night. I thoroughly recommend this place.

User

I can’t recommend Bluestone enough. Fantastic location, fantastic activities and the friendliest and best staff.

My daughter had an unfortunate accident ending in A & E through an accidental trip. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to help and ensure my daughter enjoyed the remainder of her holiday, from re-arranging activities, personally delivering gifts and assisting medically.

We will be returning x

User

Fabulous say no more. I'm 67 years young and felt like a teenager. Loads to do. Went with Daughter Son-in-Law and 5 year and 2 year old. If i had to be constructive a few more benches around especially by bus stops would be nice. They told me that is in hand. Can't wait to return.

User

As per usual we have had an awsome break down at Bluestone. It's become our 2nd hime . From check in to the time we left, staff couldn't do enough for us. My son celebrated his 11th Birthday down with you and done some activities. Zip wire was epic he said and the 2 guides spoke to the group as if they were one of their mates. Joio. Weather was amazing too so lots of outdoor activities and walks. Our 3 children aged 11, 7 & 4 can't wait for our next visit, which of course we booked before leaving. See you soon Bluestone x

User

Absolutely superb. Brilliant for two 4yr olds. Lots to do and see. It caters for all levels of energy with bikes and the hire of golf carts which the kids (and us to be fair) loved. Lovely spacious and clean living areas with a good range of utensils etc. There was an air of calm in the resort despite all the activities which was lovely. Can’t wait to go back.

User

Just come back from a 4 night stay would like to say we would come back again, as we all had a good time loads to do and see in and around bluestone resort. The only problem we had is the tv didnt work(only thing to settle are daughter at night). So we reported it on first night (monday) and we still didnt have it fixed by Wednesday. I sent another email and some one turned up Thursday morning saying sorry but no one passed the information on and some one would be down to see us about it. But guess what know one turned up. Seems like once you pay your money then you have to put up with what you get. Not really good for a 5 star resort so come on bluestone sort your guest relations team out. Very poor

Very poor

User

Xxx
