We stayed at this fabulous guest house to attend a concert at Venue Cymru - it was perfect! A great location on a quiet residential street (so able to park car right outside). Easy to walk to the promenade, restaurants & shops etc. The owners were lovely & recommended a great place for a pub meal! Really comfortable, nicely decorated bedroom. And the breakfast was amazing - my husband said the eggs benedict was the best he’d ever had & there was a fab veggie choice for me! Oh, and there’s also homemade cake on offer & gorgeous homemade biscuits in the room - little touches like that really make a difference � Highly recommended!
Very welcoming guest house , our room was very clean and comfortable . Coffee with cafetière in the room was a very nice touch as was the Lemon Drizzle cake in the Dining Room . Very good location , would happily stay here again
Stayed here for 2 nights recently. We were very well looked after, the room was perfect and the breakfasts were lovely! Would definitely recommend and we'll be back!
Perfect! Beautiful rooms and fantastic hosts! Breakfast is beautiful as is the homemade cake that you can help yourself to all day! Would not stay anywhere else in Llandudno!
Perfect location. Breakfast and home made biscuits were delicious. Room was clean, comfy, had everything we needed and more. Most importantly both Joanne and Jules made us feel very welcome. Thank you.

Myself and my finance had a lovely nights stay this Easter weekend. We were made to feel very welcome, our room was lovely, the bed was really comfy and breakfast the next morning was delicious. Just got back from two night stay here,situated in a quite street within walking distance from everything,couldn't fault this place in any way! Joanne+Julie can't do enough for you exelllent breakfast,what more can l say exept we'll be back! X
I can't always get in here when I come to Llandudno but it's always my first choice. A warm welcome, spotless, clean rooms and cracking breakfast. What more could you want?
