The receptionists at this practice are incredibly rude and prejudiced. When I registered, they demanded a Biometric Residence Permit because the receptionist assumed I was a foreigner because I am black. I found the whole experience shocking.

When I tried to book an appointment, I was met by yet another rude receptionist.

These guys are very unproffessional. I am not looking for a new GP practice.

Doctors are fine, most receptionists are fine but some are very rude, new rule is patients cannot be more than 5 mins late yet the practice is regularly running much later than that, sometimes up to an hour. If you complain they tell you to expect that the doctors will be late or rebook. NHS standard cost for a private blood test is £25 but they charge £40 here and continually get it wrong, I had 6 blood tests last time to get the results I needed! Useless practice and I have now left!
