Strong-Her Outdoor Training - ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Awesome first session today! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Looks a lot darker in the photos but it was lovely and bright! ... ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Soundtrack of the morning - waves lapping on the shore! 🌊 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Today we mixed suicide sprint variations with deadlifts, upright rows, plank toe taps, dead-bugs, tricep dips to bridge, boxing combos and finished with 60s tuck jumps on the benches!! 🤩 I just want to say a huge well done to the ladies completing the Glute 101 programme - you’ve all worked so hard these past 4 weeks and built a solid foundation - your deadlifts are coming along nicely 👌

... 👉 To my 7pm ladies - wow; that was a booty burned for sure - you aced it 🤩 (I’ve just worked through 3 rounds of the hip thrusts with band pulses against the footstool while Dex watches a movie - oooh they are good!! 🍑🔥)

Natural Protein Smoothie 🤩 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ If you’d like to try making a homemade natural protein smoothie/shake without any protein powder - this video runs through a quick easy recipe using Greek yoghurt, spinach, frozen berries, vanilla, milled linseed, desiccated coconut, powdered peanut butter & cacao+bee pollen+maca superpowder ( completely optional - I already had this in my cupboard so it’s going in but it will taste just as good without 😉) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Pop everything in... a blender & blitz - add a little water if it’s a little on the thick side for your liking. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Optional extras - banana, cinnamon, nutmeg, mint, honey, maple syrup, agave syrup, different berries or veggies or salad (cucumber would be good)..... ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Hope you enjoy & let me know if you try it 😉 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ #naturalprotein #proteinsmoothie #proteinshakerecipe #moreprotein #eatmoreprotein

Summer is fast approaching - in fact it feels like it’s already here! Yay! 🤩☀️
It’s May next week - April seems to have flown by in a flash and Easter is done! If you’re like me that’s probably involved a wee bit of chocolate and having a more relaxed approach to life and routine! Which has been lovely - we need this sometimes!
... Soon it will be time to get back to a bit of normality! Time to get in touch with what we want, where we’re heading and how we’re going to get there.
This might be working on your Summer Body; hitting that 10k PB; looking and feeling awesome in your wedding dress; taking up weight-training; mastering a push up or conquering a box jump. It might be finding a way to deal with hot flashes and disturbed nights sleep (often exacerbated in the warm weather), finding a way to boost energy levels, working on drinking more water or maybe carving out more ‘me’ time and finding a calm to the chaos of a busy lifestyle!
Including more exercise in your life can help with all of the above - it will get you in tip top shape both physically and mentally.
