Initially I was a bit concerned about choosing this company as it was the cheapest quote by a significant margin. It turns out there was nothing to worry about. The communication was excellent with immediate response via text or email. They turned up on time and had everything loaded in 3 hours. We still had a few things to pack and they were patient with us. They were polite and professional. There was long delay getting the keys and then our vendor had not vacated the house when we arrived so we were moving in while they were moving out. It was a nightmare and took a very long time. Bolt removals hung round for as long as it took and did not charge us any extra. It was about 10 hours from start to finish! They were excellent and I would 100% use them again.

My husband and I were absolutely delighted and content with the service provided by Bolt Removals Ltd. Having two children, the moving process might be a nightmare. However, working along with Julian and his efficient and friendly team, everything was sorted out in correct order and on time.

Absolutely brilliant. The guys arrived on time, moved everything without a single scratch and were finished by lunchtime. The even took apart all my flat pack furniture and reassembled it. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anybody!

Brilliant service with an Excellent price!! I was moving home from a storage unit to a rural area.. I left the guys to get on with it and met them at the destination! Not only were they fast, but very careful with my items!! Everything was covered to a very high standard and delivered with care and genuine attention!
I wouldn't hesitate to recomened or use again myself!
That's not to mention the very efficient booking service, confirming my booking immediately and emailing me all invoices and receipts!! My removal was due to begin at 1pm and the removal team had arrived by 12.50pm!

Julian, Adrian and Stefan were great. After I was let down by another company they came to move my goods despite it being on a Sunday with traffic issues arising due to an event in Cardiff, it being very last minute and making them have to cancel days off. They were also very efficient, professional and friendly, and the price was very reasonable considering the last minute/weekend booking. Thanks so much guys!

We originally met Julian from Bolt Removals when he came to meet my mother (82) and my wife at the property in Cardiff. His manner and pragmatic approach impressed both of them and his price was competitive.

I had a written quote with the time he agreed and he followed up by phone to check if we had any questions.

Having agreed to use him we spoke again some months later when we agreed a convenient date, paid a deposit and prepared for the move day.

I received a receipt for my payment within a day and spoke to him a couple of days later to confirm details of the packaging service he was offering.

We agreed a time for him to arrive on the day before the move and he was there promptly with his colleagues who got on with the job inn and got the house packed

The day of the move came and final items were packed and the team drove the 160+ miles to mums new home

Took us till nearly 4:30 to get keys but this did not phase the team who at 4:30 began putting everything back in to mums new flat

The team worked really hard focusing on ensuring the key items that were needed to get her comfy were put out 1st, built and positioned where we wanted them - the next couple of hours were spent ferrying the remaining items into the flat and assisting us to get the main furniture where we wanted it.

I cannot fault in any way the service this company gave us and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone regardless of size or complexity of the job or distance.

Julian you and the team were amazing and we are so grateful. What could easily have been a frenetic couple of days has been made easier by your company.

Your attention to detail, level of customer service and admin is better than most companies I've come across in any sector and I wish you all the best for the future in the business!!

Bolt Removals are Brilliant!
They've got all removal gear and kit that the too-big-to-care companies have, but without the expensive price tag... Great to deal with real people that care about doing a really great job.

To good to be true, but is actually true! Amazing service, rapid, careful and overall extraordinary. If I could rate more than 5 stars, I definitely would!

Bolt removals were amazing! They emptied my flat in a couple of hours, drove to Leeds and were waiting at the door when we arrived from the agent's. The van unpacking was done within an hour! They were efficient, friendly and easy to deal with at a very, very good price. Highly recommended.

I have used Bolt Removals twice until now and the service provided has been fantastic on both occasions. They arrived on time, carefully loaded my goods, they even used professional covers for my leather sofas, mattress and even for my TV. They were very careful with my carpet and used some covers to make sure it wont get dirty. My furniture was taken apart and then put back together at the other end. First time they helped me move from Cardiff to Reading and then from Reading to a 2 bed flat in Woodley. All in all I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a removal service.
