last weekend i competed in my very first ever bikini competition. To say this experience was a once in a lifetime experience would be an understatement. Im still in a little disbelief that i actually did it!!! In January i set a goal to be up on that stage competing with so many other likeminded people and I DID IT !!! To me this journey was more then just physical. I pushed my body out of its comfort zones. I learned that i can really do anything i put my mind to and my confidence started to grow. This journey has been a long and hard one but a exhilarating one at the same time.

I just went to take a minute and thank a a very special person for their continued support and encouragement along this journey.

To my coach and trainer .... Jason Hughes, your ability to push me out of my comfort zones was absolutely incredible. Your hard work, dedication and commitment is undeniable. Youā€™re an incredible trainer and coach and take the time to really understand your clients. You were always there when i had questions or needed encouragement. One thing that not many people are aware of is, for years i struggled with an eating disorder. My relationship with food was much like a love / hate relationship. I love to eat but the guilt i felt afterwards was so overwhelming that it consumed my everyday life. Jason you gave me a gift and Iā€™m so grateful. You helped me understand what my body needs to fuel it and you had the patience and knowledge to help me overcome this battle. If anyone is ever looking to compete or even just get in to shape, jason is your guy. He will work closely with you and assist you in obtaining your goals. Thank you Jason for your continued commitment and professionalism, i really couldnā€™t have done it without you.

Started with Jase a couple of weeks ago and already noticing a difference not only in my weight but in feeling healthier and fitter. Love the support that you get from Jase. He lets you crack on with your life but still always there for support (only a message away!) He makes you want to go to classes because theyā€™re always such a good laugh!!!

So many materials/resources to help you gain control of being mindful of healthy eating and keeping track of food and exercise. - Iā€™m a person who is in need of the support and motivation and wonā€™t drag myself to the gym.

For me, itā€™s been such a difficult process trying to find a PT/bootcamp session that is as reasonably priced as what Jase is! Canā€™t recommend enough!!!

So glad I joined Jases Bootcamp. I never thought I could be a morning person and make the 6am start but it's so worth it! I now do bootcamp and small group as I'm enjoying it so much. It has been hard at times but Jase is so encouraging and supportive. I enjoy and take a lot from the videos he makes that support me on my fitness journey. I'm getting the results I wanted and so much more and this is thanks to the guidance of Jase. The group support is also fantastic and they made me feel so welcome on my first session.

So Iā€™ve tried a few local bootcamps but just never felt comfortable!!



With working full time and having little ones -itā€™s really difficult to find time to exercise so early bootcamp sessions fit in really well! I am seeing a change in my fitness and overall body shape but mostly it sets me up for the day!



I love the way bootcamp has no egos just a big bunch of lovely people looking to improve their fitness. Jase is friendly, professional, motivating and a great trainer ļæ½ļæ½

Iā€™ve been going to Jaseā€™s boot camp for 6 weeks now and can thoroughly recommend it. I currently attend 2 evening sessions a week as Iā€™m not great in the morning but itā€™s such fun that even Iā€™m thinking of getting to one of the early morning sessions! The sessions are all really different and there is a real mix of people of all ages and fitness and everyone is so friendly and supportive Iā€™d recommend it to anyone. Jase is really helpful and encouraging- and although he motivates everyone during the sessions, he never shouts! He is also really approachable and always ready to offer information and guidance on exercise and nutrition. Donā€™t take my word for it, come along and see for yourself. I've been training with Jase since October and I can honestly he say is one of the most genuine guys. No ego, no B.S, and no lectures - meaning honest and realistic results. Jase has reconditioned my unhealthy faddy eating issues, and the basic maths of eat less calories and move more is actually finally working, its achievable daily and most importantly fits into my lifestyle. I've lost weight, lost dress sizes and feel energised and gold! Thank you!

I started doing bootcamp with Jase about two months ago now and itā€™s completely changed the way I see exercise and nutrition as well. He always finds ways to make the 6am training fun for us so that you definitely forget how early it is and it sets you up for the day ahead then. Thereā€™s also lots of help, ideas and videos about nutrition as well as being realistic and understanding that you shouldnā€™t have to go without things you like, that you can actually work them into your food diary. Iā€™d recommend it to anyone whoā€™s considering joining!

Jase is really professional but shows his fun side at sessions too making the sessions a lot more enjoyable. Thereā€™s always lots of variety and the early morning sessions work great for me. Jase is always there if you need anything which is great reassurance.



I was really nervous about going as it was really out of my comfort zone but everyone is lovely and supportive too, the only regret I have is that I didnā€™t join up sooner :-)

I started bootcamp back in January and I remember when I first saw it advertised on Facebook and thinking to myself Iā€™m never going to be able to get up that early and exercise outdoors!! Well how wrong was I!!!

I absolutely love bootcamp and look forward to the sessions each week. Thereā€™s lots of variety no session is exactly the same.

The early mornings suits me better and the sense of satisfaction going to work knowing that I have already done exercise!

Jaseā€™s bootcamps is not all about exercise itā€™s about lifestyle change and making the right choices eating a healthy balanced diet and still having the odd treat ļæ½

Since starting bootcamp I have changed my eating habits and have learnt that healthy eating and fitness help me feel better about the way I look and I feel more confident.

I recently got in touch with Jase, having got myself back into the gym after a period of time away from the physical activity limelight.

I opted for a bespoke workout plan tailored for me and my goals, to improve my overall strength and conditioning and gaining lean muscle.

From the get go Jase was incredibly professional, I was kept updated throughout the creation stage of my plan, it was delivered exactly as promised complete with fantastic and useful information for me to refer to throughout my gym time, as well as info relating to calorific intakes etc. (something I had not previously been exposed to properly).

I can safely say having started the plan that it is hard work, but massively rewarding at the end of each of my sessions. Jase has always been on hand should I have any questions relating to a specific portion of the workout I am doing, this alone has proved invaluable in helping me to conduct my workouts confidently and more importantly properly. As with other reviews you will read, I too can attest that no question is a daft question and Jase will always provide an informed answer. An example from myself in relation to calf raises seated vs standing, might seem trivial to some but Jase gave me a thorough explanation that cleared up my queries and at no point was I made to feel like I had asked something silly.

Briefly on why I chose to go with Jase. Myself and Jase have been friends 20+ years. In that time I have seen his passion for fitness develop from us just simply going to the gym and playing a variety of sports together, to what it is today, which as well as being a professional choice for him is also a lifestyle. I know how much effort Jase puts into his role as a fitness coach, having had conversations about a variety of things he does to develop his own knowledge, so he can pass that onto his clients for their benefit. And also through his own hard work (he is effectively the blueprint of what his coaching can achieve). With this in mind it was an easy decision to make and one I highly recommend to people who are looking for a coach who wants you to achieve your goals as much as you do yourself.

I joined the Bootcamp Co in April and it's one the best things I've done for myself this year .... well actually, Ever!!! I was struggling to find the motivation to improve my fitness on my own and Jase has helped so much with this. It's great to know that you're doing things the correct way in a completely non judgemental space. Everyone is so friendly and the online and nutitional support Jase provides is fab for if u have any questions (my brain can't always remember at 6am ļæ½ so having the opportunity to check with him online is so helpful!). I always thought Iā€™d be absolutely rubbish at getting up in the morning for a workout and Iā€™d be shattered by mid-morning. I was wrong! Absolutely love the morning sessions - always feel good afterwards and seem to have loads more energy than I do on days where I donā€™t have bootcamp! Everyoneā€™s so friendly as well! Jase is knowledgeable, friendly and you can ask him anything - heā€™s always there to help! Would highly recommend to anyone.

I joined boot camp by luck really I won a competition on fb so I thought what the heck Iā€™ll try it !!! BEST CHOICE I ever made actually coming ! Itā€™s friendly , strenuous but I enjoy every minute of it even the early morning class ! Jase the coach is so helpful and full of advice and knowledge about nutrition diet and exercise . I joined Jase and his Boot Camp in July so glad I did.

I thought I was pretty active and fit on a day to day basis my body is starting to tell me otherwise.after a few sessions with Jase and boot camp Iā€™m starting to feel strength and tone in places my body had forgotten.

Jase is very informative and knows his stuff heā€™s also a great motivator and a lovely guy too.

Iā€™m not very tech savvy but he has gone through what I needed to to in detail,nothing is too much trouble.

Was a bit nervous about joining a new group,but have to say what a lovely bunch of girls I never felt awkward or out of place.

I joined Boot Camp last November with a dodgy knees and a sore Achilles that had stopped me running. Jase was able to modify the exercises so I could strengthen the right mulscles and I now do his small group training with a personal program.

Now the knee is strong and I am starting to run again. Plus I'm fitter, stronger, lighter and happier. What more can you ask ļæ½

I began my training with Jase in March this year I entered his competition and won 6 months free boot camp at first I was thinking I won't be able to do anything like this but I can honestly say it the best thing I done in a long time Jase is a brilliant trainer and helps you with any issues regarding training nutrition and involving you in the group sessions

I love all the boot camp sessions and am starting to get a bit addicted although the sessions are hard and early start you feel great after and really know that you have worked out

The nutrition side I'm still trying to get my head round it

I began my training with Jase and his focus group of clients, he definitely gave me an insight into how a balanced (but fair and flexible) diet could be made and how to train simple yet effectively with only 3 sessions a week. There was no need to eat green and clean with zero fats or carbs ! Eat sensibly and yes do treat yourself as we are all human, but don't ruin your progress with one to many doughnuts. A genuine coach who will take the time and effort to answer questions as I have questioned him on numerous occasions.

I began my training with Jase in March this year I entered his competition and won 6 months free boot camp at first I was thinking I won't be able to do anything like this but I can honestly say it the best thing I done in a long time Jase is a brilliant trainer and helps you with any issues regarding training nutrition and involving you in the group sessions

I love all the boot camp sessions and am starting to get a bit addicted although the sessions are hard and early start you feel great after and really know that you have worked out

The nutrition side I'm still trying to get my head round it

I began my training with Jase and his focus group of clients, he definitely gave me an insight into how a balanced (but fair and flexible) diet could be made and how to train simple yet effectively with only 3 sessions a week. There was no need to eat green and clean with zero fats or carbs ! Eat sensibly and yes do treat yourself as we are all human, but don't ruin your progress with one to many doughnuts. A genuine coach who will take the time and effort to answer questions as I have questioned him on numerous occasions.

last weekend i competed in my very first ever bikini competition. To say this experience was a once in a lifetime experience would be an understatement. Im still in a little disbelief that i actually did it!!! In January i set a goal to be up on that stage competing with so many other likeminded people and I DID IT !!! To me this journey was more then just physical. I pushed my body out of its comfort zones. I learned that i can really do anything i put my mind to and my confidence started to grow. This journey has been a long and hard one but a exhilarating one at the same time.

I just went to take a minute and thank a a very special person for their continued support and encouragement along this journey.

To my coach and trainer .... Jason Hughes, your ability to push me out of my comfort zones was absolutely incredible. Your hard work, dedication and commitment is undeniable. Youā€™re an incredible trainer and coach and take the time to really understand your clients. You were always there when i had questions or needed encouragement. One thing that not many people are aware of is, for years i struggled with an eating disorder. My relationship with food was much like a love / hate relationship. I love to eat but the guilt i felt afterwards was so overwhelming that it consumed my everyday life. Jason you gave me a gift and Iā€™m so grateful. You helped me understand what my body needs to fuel it and you had the patience and knowledge to help me overcome this battle. If anyone is ever looking to compete or even just get in to shape, jason is your guy. He will work closely with you and assist you in obtaining your goals. Started with Jase a couple of weeks ago and already noticing a difference not only in my weight but in feeling healthier and fitter. Love the support that you get from Jase. He lets you crack on with your life but still always there for support (only a message away!) He makes you want to go to classes because theyā€™re always such a good laugh!!!

So many materials/resources to help you gain control of being mindful of healthy eating and keeping track of food and exercise. - Iā€™m a person who is in need of the support and motivation and wonā€™t drag myself to the gym.

For me, itā€™s been such a difficult process trying to find a PT/bootcamp session that is as reasonably priced as what Jase is! Canā€™t recommend enough!!!

So glad I joined Jases Bootcamp. I never thought I could be a morning person and make the 6am start but it's so worth it! I now do bootcamp and small group as I'm enjoying it so much. It has been hard at times but Jase is so encouraging and supportive. I enjoy and take a lot from the videos he makes that support me on my fitness journey. I'm getting the results I wanted and so much more and this is thanks to the guidance of Jase. The group support is also fantastic and they made me feel so welcome on my first session.

So Iā€™ve tried a few local bootcamps but just never felt comfortable!!



With working full time and having little ones -itā€™s really difficult to find time to exercise so early bootcamp sessions fit in really well! I am seeing a change in my fitness and overall body shape but mostly it sets me up for the day!

Iā€™ve been going to Jaseā€™s boot camp for 6 weeks now and can thoroughly recommend it. I currently attend 2 evening sessions a week as Iā€™m not great in the morning but itā€™s such fun that even Iā€™m thinking of getting to one of the early morning sessions! The sessions are all really different and there is a real mix of people of all ages and fitness and everyone is so friendly and supportive Iā€™d recommend it to anyone. Jase is really helpful and encouraging- and although he motivates everyone during the sessions, he never shouts! He is also really approachable and always ready to offer information and guidance on exercise and nutrition. Donā€™t take my word for it, come along and see for yourself. I've been training with Jase since October and I can honestly he say is one of the most genuine guys. No ego, no B.S, and no lectures - meaning honest and realistic results. I started doing bootcamp with Jase about two months ago now and itā€™s completely changed the way I see exercise and nutrition as well. He always finds ways to make the 6am training fun for us so that you definitely forget how early it is and it sets you up for the day ahead then. Thereā€™s also lots of help, ideas and videos about nutrition as well as being realistic and understanding that you shouldnā€™t have to go without things you like, that you can actually work them into your food diary. I started bootcamp with Jase a couple of months ago after my friend recommending it to me, and Iā€™ve not looked back since.



Jase is really professional but shows his fun side at sessions too making the sessions a lot more enjoyable. Thereā€™s always lots of variety and the early morning sessions work great for me. Jase is always there if you need anything which is great reassurance.



I was really nervous about going as it was really out of my comfort zone but everyone is lovely and supportive too, the only regret I have is that I didnā€™t join up sooner :-)

I started bootcamp back in January and I remember when I first saw it advertised on Facebook and thinking to myself Iā€™m never going to be able to get up that early and exercise outdoors!! Well how wrong was I!!!

I absolutely love bootcamp and look forward to the sessions each week. Thereā€™s lots of variety no session is exactly the same.

The early mornings suits me better and the sense of satisfaction going to work knowing that I have already done exercise!

I recently got in touch with Jase, having got myself back into the gym after a period of time away from the physical activity limelight.

I opted for a bespoke workout plan tailored for me and my goals, to improve my overall strength and conditioning and gaining lean muscle.

From the get go Jase was incredibly professional, I was kept updated throughout the creation stage of my plan, it was delivered exactly as promised complete with fantastic and useful information for me to refer to throughout my gym time, as well as info relating to calorific intakes etc. (something I had not previously been exposed to properly).

I can safely say having started the plan that it is hard work, but massively rewarding at the end of each of my sessions. Jase has always been on hand should I have any questions relating to a specific portion of the workout I am doing, this alone has proved invaluable in helping me to conduct my workouts confidently and more importantly properly. As with other reviews you will read, I too can attest that no question is a daft question and Jase will always provide an informed answer. An example from myself in relation to calf raises seated vs standing, might seem trivial to some but Jase gave me a thorough explanation that cleared up my queries and at no point was I made to feel like I had asked something silly.

Briefly on why I chose to go with Jase. Myself and Jase have been friends 20+ years. In that time I have seen his passion for fitness develop from us just simply going to the gym and playing a variety of sports together, to what it is today, which as well as being a professional choice for him is also a lifestyle. I know how much effort Jase puts into his role as a fitness coach, having had conversations about a variety of things he does to develop his own knowledge, so he can pass that onto his clients for their benefit. And also through his own hard work (he is effectively the blueprint of what his coaching can achieve). With this in mind it was an easy decision to make and one I highly recommend to people who are looking for a coach who wants you to achieve your goals as much as you do yourself.

I joined the Bootcamp Co in April and it's one the best things I've done for myself this year .... well actually, Ever!!! I was struggling to find the motivation to improve my fitness on my own and Jase has helped so much with this. It's great to know that you're doing things the correct way in a completely non judgemental space. I thought I was pretty active and fit on a day to day basis my body is starting to tell me otherwise.after a few sessions with Jase and boot camp Iā€™m starting to feel strength and tone in places my body had forgotten.

Jase is very informative and knows his stuff heā€™s also a great motivator and a lovely guy too.

Iā€™m not very tech savvy but he has gone through what I needed to to in detail,nothing is too much trouble.

Was a bit nervous about joining a new group,but have to say what a lovely bunch of girls I never felt awkward or out of place.

I joined Boot Camp last November with a dodgy knees and a sore Achilles that had stopped me running. Jase was able to modify the exercises so I could strengthen the right mulscles and I now do his small group training with a personal program.

Now the knee is strong and I am starting to run again. Plus I'm fitter, stronger, lighter and happier. What more can you ask ļæ½

I have been training since march and absolutely love it!! Dont know why i didn't join sooner.
