Think boots have lost their way in identity, who they are and what they sell is confusing, are they a pharmacy, food store, beauty shop or general stuff

The pharmacy staff could be a lot more polite and courteous. Like many doctors, pharmacists tend to forget that the general public are the people who pay their generous wages, either directly or indirectly.

Really helpful polite and friendly pharmacy staff. Wish they were all like this

Fantastic range of beauty & hair stock

This is a large Boots store with an optician department, and for the ladies different make up sections. As with anything at the quadrant. It closes about 5ish every day.
