Worst Pharmacy in Brecon - No Cover over lunch time. The only time that most work people can get there

Time and time again I find myself waiting to be served as the staff enjoy a chat in the pharmacy area. This morning there was myself and one other customer and six staff that I could see. pity they couldn't be bothered to attend to us or even acknowledge us. I gave up and left the store. I know its not just me that finds this store like this as you only have to mention Brecon branch and people roll their eyes and complain about the same thing. A bit of customer service training is needed I think.

Nice enough here, and it's well stocked, but it's SO slow. The pharmacy also closes between 1-2 which is the most ideal time for a working person such as myself to go there. Bit stupid in many ways but oh well.

Staff are very nice though!
