The server tried to make my 50p reduced sandwich be part of a meal deal.....as it cost more and probably would make her look good

Compared to a modern Boots this one needs a complete revamp. All regular Boots services available

A large well stocked boots store with friendly staff.

Love Boots. Clean tidy, well stocked. For all your baby, make up and fragrance essentials. They do a fairly brilliant meal Selection too, perfect for busy schedules. The pharmacy is also amazing, they once did not have stock of something so phoned all the pharmacies in Aberystwyth to find me some so I didn't have to do the leg work. Just beware the pharmacy closes for lunch from 1-2. I have slipped up in the past and called in on my lunch break only for it to be a waste of time.

I am extremely fed up with the treatment by some members of the pharmacy dept. I seem to become invisible whilst waiting at the counter for a prescription -they walk backwards and forwards seeing me standing there without any sign of acknowledgement.Where are their manners! Please dont tell me how busy they are-they don't have to stop and have a full blown conversation -just a smile or nod of the head in passing to know that THEY know I am there.There are 2 members of staff in particular that regularly do this and YES I have complained and NO nothing has changed -apart from me now going to another chemist for my regular prescription.

Think again before using Boots Aberystwyth as your pharmacy, appalling slow service, customers are often ignored & I get the impression they couldn't care less! Avoid.
