I was waiting at the pharmacy section for half an hour for my prescription. After two customers who gave their prescription in at the same time as me I then asked if mine was ready. Turns out it was the medication that was ready 15 minutes previous. As a fellow retailer I understand how hard it can be if the area is under staffed, however I expect and apology at the least and didn't receive any acknowledgement I had been waiting for longer than the expected waiting time (10 mins). Poor customer on this visit.

I must say what a terrible attitude on the lady the covers the pharmacy sales desk. My wife asked for traveling sickness tablets and her attitude was terrible won't visit that department again

Fantastic customer service within Optician Department. Optometrist still saw me when I turned up late for appointment. Welcomed me and put me at ease.

I love Boots my organic skincare is ALWAYS there. My milton tablets of which I buy 4 boxes every 4 weeks, always available, very helpful and friendly service.

Not the cheapest of places but has items that are unavailable elsewhere. Convenient place to get the Flu jab.
