Boots

Having to find an open chemistry at in Cardiff last Sunday I really feel society has become so dependent on the internet. Not one store I visited (all closed) have any information on the Doors of emergency chemists open. Not everyone uses internet I know there use to be notices on most chemist doors. As my battery was to low to use the internet so signage would have saved me a further journey to find an open chemistry! The information I am given applys only to the Boots Stores I have visited I cannot clarify any others or other chemists so if any of you know please leave info 😊

The pharmacy staff are fantastic. Over the counter service equally as good.

staff are helpful at dispensing but be prepared for a wait for prescriptions. its impossible for them to work any faster with the small number of staff they have, being as this is the only largish chemist in the area.

We use boots every month for my sons medical needs and never had a problem with the shop or staff

Not as it used to be. Didn't have what i needed.

Excellent service always at Boots in Canton, Cardiff. They go that extra mile to explain any queries & are very polite too!

Good quality just some things are slightly overpriced

If you go there early for prescriptions the place is generally empty, lunchtime and afternoon's expect to wait or call back in 20-30 minutes.
