Boots Pharmacy

Tl;dr: the pharmacy section can lack basic medicine and takes a long time to source them. The store section is good for it's size and variety but a little pricey.

Twice haven't had very common medicines in stock, the first I had to wait a week until it was delivered! The second they could only half fill the prescription and told me I'd have to come back in the next few days to see if it was in. I took the second across the road to Well and was given it straight away in full. The store section has a high variety especially considering the size of the store but can be a little pricey.

This pharmacy is usually very good and my pharmacy of choice in Swansea, wrote a complaint about the outdated look of the pharmacy and some confidentiality concerns and the store manager/pharmacist took it upon himself to address the issues directly the next day to reassure me that development is in place in order to modernize the pharmacy
