BORDR Management is a music management company based in Cardiff, Wales. BORDR started as a final year Music Business major project, and turned into a real enterprise with real clients that established itself in the local music scene. We offer a range of six services to artists: Music Development (A& R), PR and Marketing, Social Media, Business Affairs, Brand Development, and Bookings. All of these services are 100% adaptable to the needs of our clients. BORDR is proudly an all-female team, which has academic and professional experience in different music industry sectors. In a traditionally male-dominated industry, where women only make up 30% of the senior executive workforce, a company like BORDR is not only needed, but refreshing and strongly demanded by the younger generations and women of all ages who have seen the same group of men for as long as the industry has existed.
