Boudicca bootcamp is a back to basics no frills, weight loss and fitness training sessions. Making the most of our natural and man made surroundings, as well as basic pieces of kit to assist the sessions. We are strong believers that “perfection is simplicity, done well” You do not need gimmicks or technical machines to live healthier, be stronger and get fitter! No membership fees, no minimum period. It is not a quick fix, it is a way of life. One off users welcome.
