So pleased with my extensions, i did my research on Bouff & I ended up doing 2 x 170 mile round trips to have a consultation & then a week later have my extensions put in & I am soooooooooo pleased with them! never thought If have beautiful long thick hair! I can't thank you enough!

Less than 2 days before my wedding, I was let down by the contact I'd hired to do my bridesmaids' hair and make up. Whilst trying desperately to find someone to step in, Sarah at Bouff was recommended to me by one of my bridesmaids and with little hope (as it was 36 hours before the wedding) I sent a text in the hope that Sarah could do something to help. She cancelled her personal plans for the day and put me completely at ease with her thoughtful messages.

On the day itself, Sarah was professional and friendly from start to finish. She dealt with 4 bridesmaids and myself like a true pro and I struggle to put into words how grateful I was (and still am) for her being there on the morning of my wedding. I’m a regular here at Bouff with hair colours, cuts, extensions, eyelashes and brows. I must say this salon is the best in Cardiff. I went in on Saturday to have my hair extensions refitted. When I mentioned I would want my colour done at some point, Sarah did what she could and got my colour done in the same slot. I absolutely love going to Bouff and never come away disappointed. Every member of staff is friendly and a pro in their field of expertise. I would never worry about the quality you get a Bouff. They do not disappoint.

I had Bouff Brows done a few days ago by Lydia and honestly felt like I was visiting a friend! The salon is so welcoming and the fact you're greeted by a little dog when you walk in through the door made my day!!

This was the first time I've experienced eyebrow threading and the whole process was quick and relatively pain-free. I can't recommend the treatment, Lydia or the salon enough. Go!

I cannot put into words how amazing and professional the ladies at this boutique are! After I had a hair disaster at another salon I called upon Bouff to try and correct the problem. Needless to say they went above and beyond to fit me in taking time out of thier personal life and fitting me in the very next day. They made me feel very welcome, and took time to find out what i wanted and explained what could be done. In total I was there over 4 hours and not once did i feel the need to think up something pointless to talk about to pass the time, so much so I was shocked when I looked how long I was in there for as time passed so quickly. Also not once did she cut corners to stick to a time limit and rush like many other salons, she took her time and done a stunning job with my hair. I returned to Bouff due to the amazing service including personable interaction, amazing quality hair extensions, good price and a great fit and cut!! I definatly will be returning for a third!!

Had the pleasure of spending almost 3hrs with everyone at bouff today. What can I say, absolutely superb service. Everyone here is so friendly. They made the 3hrs feel like 30 mins. The passion they all have for what they do is unrivalled. They all made me feel at ease as let's face it I was bricking them.

I decided to take the plunge and chat to Sarah at Bouff about the men’s hair system, and I’m glad I did. Honestly it’s been one of the best things I’ve done.

Always a great service at Bouff but I had a particularly good experience today. I had my hair cut and styled by trainee Georgia, supervised by Sarah. She was so professional and really took the time to make sure it was exactly right. Probably one of my favourite ever haircuts; I would definitely recommend Georgia (and Bouff in general) to anyone ÔŅĹ

After we got engaged and moved house, I was worried about finding a new hairdresser. The moment I walked into Bouff I knew I wanted Sarah and the team to be the ones to make me beautiful on my wedding day! The Bouff team made my hair and make up look amazing and they let us come over in the very early morning on the day in our pjs. I've had highlights, hair cut, facial and nails done here and every time I walk out smiling. Very highly recommended! :) can't wait to come here again!

After a bit of a hair colour disaster, Bouff came to the rescue! From the thorough consultation to set realistic expectations (which were totally exceeded) to the first glimpse in the mirror post-hairwash, I couldn’t have felt in better hands. As well as good hair you come out feeling like you’ve had a good time too. Sarah and her whole team are smiling and laughing non stop. Don’t go anywhere else ladies and gents but be warned...you will become addicted to taking pictures of your hair for at least 24 hours!

Absolutely love my Bouff Brows!! Lydia was so friendly, helpful and gave me some amazing tips and advice to get my eye brows looking good!! Even after 1 session - I can already notice an amazing difference!
