Staff friendly especially a lady called Sue she helped me pick all my plants/flowers gave much needed advice as I was totally clueless on which plants to buy nothing was to much trouble thankyou.

I went to the Carmarthen store of B&Q today and was met with such a pleasant lady called Sue in the gardening department. She was such a thoughtful and helpful person. She helped me find the items I needed and pushed my trolley for me whilst we continued to look. She also assisted me to the tills and then pushed my trolley out to the car and unloaded it for me. Sue is definitely an asset to your firm. Thank You Sue x

Good product range but prices can bring a tear to the eye. Not exactly Screwfix prices.

We visited the Carmarthen branch today looking at showers and kitchens for our current holiday cottage conversion and were approached by Alex who was great. He did everything he could to help us find what we wanted and was extremely knowledgeable. Due to him we found everything we were looking for. Thank you, we'll be back very soon!
