Wanted to buy sound proof Plaster boards, stacked to high so couldn't get they off the shelf without damaging the boards and I am 6 foot tall, what happened to common sense and they never bring the trolleys in from outside, wish I had taken a photo now

I wanted to purchase an electric fire and surround a spoke to a gentleman who was very helpful and knowledgeable I was very grateful for his help.

Good size store and got all the bits you need for general DIY, doesn't stock full range so might have to visit the bigger branch in Swansea. Reasonably priced these days.

Staff are very knowledgeable, sensible prices, easy to find what you want, and if not staff don't mind helping you.

I use this store quite often for odds and sods to finish jobs. I have always found the staff very friendly and helpful. The shop is a pretty good size, with a pretty good range.

A good DIY store has decent deals on most items but shop around worth joining their member club for their money off voucher offers

Terrible service and staff were extremely ingnorant. However I will say the customer service and complaints department on the phone were very polite and helpful.

Staff are always happy to help, even if they don't know the answer, they'll get someone to help quickly!

Can be a little pricey on some items compared to other places depending what you need, but always have stock available and a huge range.
