Generally well stocked with some anomalies eg sell their brand garden strimmer but don't stock replacement cord spools to fit it. Had to source some 100 miles away.

Went into B&Q to choose paints and went to look at what was available in colours to have mixed spoke to a guy called Billy who was very helpful and spent time discussing the many options available i have brought home lots of ideas and will return for some sample pots of the colours when I have decided which colours are best suited well done Billy you are a credit to the Llandudno store!!!

Product signage could be improved within the store. Spent too long looking for what I wanted.

Good things for home. Beautiful garden products. Moderate prices.

A huge range of paints and we got just what we needed. When we got to the till the cashier noticed one of our paint tins was dented and promptly went to exchange it for an indented tin. Thumbs up for all the staff we encountered that day

Has everything you need for DIY, better product knowledge by staff would make it 5 star

What used to be called a hardware store only plus, plus. Garden centre, kitchen planning and fitting and much more besides. A friendly store with well informed staff.
