Good friendly service wide range of products and very reasonable prices

Young lady Bethan was very helpful.

A suprisingly big store with plenty of friendly staff at hand who all seem to be very knowledgeable about their products.

Helpful staff. Need more staff on the tills at busy times.

Staff closing the door 10 minutes early and talking by the tills doesn't come across as good customer service. Possibly change opening times to reflect what the staff actually do.

Usual B&Q small sized store. The staff are not particularly fast or efficient but it's not too bad. You can click and collect anything you want from the store.

Great store if you enjoy queuing at the checkout for hours. The staff are as you expect from special needs morons! Lol
