Got most things but screwfix a sister company is just down the road and better priced and better staff who know pretty much everything about the product or will find out. Go to screwfix.

Staff always go out of their way to help and let's be honest who couldn't spend the day looking at tools you'll use only once!

Cwmbran B and Q really helpful - saved money by getting saving card

I don't know what's happened to this shop recently: all it seems to sell is partial items from discontinued lines. Trying to get matching bathroom items, or supporting products for mainline items is impossible. And they wonder why Internet shopping is putting them out of business.

Nice store, not the biggest but has a good range, the staff are always helpful. The car park can be difficult during busy periods.

This is really fantastic if you are into diy as they realky have everything you would ever need in this shop plus they have a very nice garden shop out side the back of the shop I have bought many plants for my garden there pebbles, bark shade clothes and plant pots and many garden ornaments they have a fantastic verify there.you really need to go if you have never been. They also sell garden furniture. Bathroom stuff and paint for just everything and yes wall paper aswell I could go on and on you really have to go and see oh and if you are a pension and go on a Wednesday and ask for a card they will give you discount. Good to know.

Had just what i needed. friendly staff

Decent sized store and they have a good range of DIY products. Staff are friendly and helpful. Queues are not bad even during peak times. They could speed things up if they adopted contactless payments, but I am sure that will come eventually.
Car park is shared with other stores and most of the time you can get a space, but it can get busy on weekends and you struggle to find a space.
