The hotel is very comfortable and has stunning views over the Mawddach Estuary and towards Snowdonia National Park. The owners are very friendly. Unfortunately the TV wasn't working correctly in the hotel when we stayed. We were also unable to connect to the internet via the Wi-Fi which kept dropping out. Breakfast was good.
Fabulous guest house, excellent service and attention from the owner, beautiful views of the bay and estuary. Definitely going back.
We received a lovely warm welcome from Sue, and the room was warm and comfortable throughout our stay. The view out of the bay windows was amazing, the binoculars helped a great deal, a wonderful touch. The breakfast was wonderful. This was a special break for us and there was a wonderful down to earth cosy feel about the owners and our stay. Having use of a bath robe helped to make the relaxing part of the stay more relaxing too, along with capacity to connect our iPod to the clock/speaker. We would definitely come back and stay. Thank you.
We were met with a warm welcome, a very warm and cosy room, and then a very hot tub. The room had fantastic 200 degree views across the sea, estuary, Barmouth town and more. The breakfast was of a very high standard, and the service was excellent. We only stayed the one night, but we left feeling pampered and relaxed. Fully deserves the five stars.

Beautiful views, but "kids or infants not allowed to the premises". Unfriendly owner. Please check terms and conditions before booking. One star only because of unkind manner of the owner. Good for couples without kids.
