Holistic Therapies in a tranquil rural location on the North Wales / Chester border performed by Carol Ann Williams.

Following personal, devastating illness in my teenage years, I explored natural methods of recovery which included meditation, qi gong, yoga, massage, food combining, visualisation, affirmations, aromatherapy, the list continues. The journey to my recovery was long yet fulfilling and I found myself hooked on natural therapies having felt the long lasting benefits.

I embarked on an Holistic Therapy Diploma at a North Wales college, thinking how much I wanted to be able to learn the skills of massage and aromatherapy as a hobby, to help friends and family. Following this my plan was to study at university but it did not take me long to realise that my passion was to further my knowledge in holistic health.

Since then I have had a fulfilling career as a therapist in North Wales, Manchester, Chester and Sheffield, working in nursing homes, health centres, offices, from home, mobile and as Treatments Manager at a luxurious day Spa. I have now returned, with my family, to Chester where I feel my heart is, working from a cosy, tranquil, converted barn in a rural location.
