We are concerned that people are not listening to Government advice and still visiting Waterfall Country. Stay local and exercise close to home, if you need to use a car to get there ā you should not be going. By coming to this area you are putting the local community at risk and placing unnecessary strain on the local services and the NHS. The waterfalls will still be here when this is over. Stay home, protect the NHS, save lives. #StayHome #visitlater

We encourage local people who live within and close to the National Park boundary to continue to exercise, but we must stress that they should only do so from their doorstep, and not travel to other areas within the park.

Yesterday, with the support of emergency Welsh Government legislation, we took action to close the busiest areas of the National Park to reduce the risk of the spread of coronavirus. If you see a sign like this please return home ā these signs are real. A full list of closures can be found on our website: https://bit.ly/3dxmnI0 Government guidance is quite clear, please stay at home, and exercise from home.
