Breezes' Operation Transformation Description

Sinead & Michaela co-founded Breeze's Gym Ltd in 2012, where they used their knowledge and expertise to positively impact and influence the lives of those they worked with.

Breeze's Gym was sold in 2017, in order to focus on new business ventures with 'Breeze's Online Limited'. Sinead & Michaela can now reach out to so many more of you, offering coaching, training and nutrition plans through their online 'Operation Transformation' Program. They deliver bespoke health and wellness retreats in the Austrian mountains, as well as in the UK. Sinead delivers Pilates classes, as well as strength and conditioning for athletes and sports teams. Sinead now also has more time to enable her to focus on her own International Rugby commitments, and Michaela on her commentary and Olympic lifting coaching. Michaela also delivers residential Olympic Lifting Training Camps in Wales.

Not just Personal Trainers, Sinead & Michaela are 'Personal Coaches'. Their knowledge and expertise are second to none: "It is our mission to positively influence the lives of those we work with. Our aim is to empower you with the knowledge, confidence and positive motivation you need to drive you towards your personal health and fitness goals".

Only 4 exercises, for 4-5 sets 💪🔥 My upper body was pumped/pooped after this!! 😅 I tend to work opposing muscle groups, like I’ve done here, and would suggest this for most of my clients, just because it’s a balanced and sensible way to train and keep sessions varied.
The Session: 1. Dumbbell Floor Press x8 reps... 2. Pull-ups x6 reps 3. DB Shoulder Press x8 reps 4. Banded Rows x15 reps
Try to move straight from one exercise to the next, to keep tempo high, but give yourself a couple of minutes rest between sets to allow some recovery so you can push yourself hard again on the subsequent sets. Select weights that challenge you by the time you get to the last few reps of each set 👍

Bodyweight Home Workout 🔥💪 •1) 20 Frogs •2) 10 Camelians •3) 20 Reverse Lunges •4) 10 Sit-kicks... I went for 4 rounds and it was bloody tough!! I needed a little more motivation to help me through this session with a high work rate, so I timed myself, and completed 4 sets in 10:15min 😅 Give this workout a try... No equipment needed and it doesn’t take long. The endorphins will be buzzing afterwards! 🤩🙌💥 #teambreeze

A full-body session for you guys to try 💪 •1. x30 Air Squats •2. x15 Incline Dumbbell Bench •3. x15 Situps (option of weighted reps) •4. x10 Dumbbell Split Squats (each leg)... •5. x15 Bent Forward Dumbbell Rows 💥👊 1-2 min recovery between sets & aim for 3-5 sets in total. “Never give up on a goal just because of the time it will take to accomplish it... The time will pass by anyway, so you just have to make that time count” 💭 • In reality, this is easier said than done... ‘Turning up’ and physically getting through sessions is one thing, but what about athletes’ mental health, and all the barriers you come up against when something else crops up between where you are now and where you want to be? It’s not just about what everyone sees physical...ly, when they say, “you’re looking good”, “strong” etc. Setbacks can often have a far greater negative effect mentally than physically. If you’re returning from an injury, some time out, deselection, or coming back from something else, it can be extremely challenging. I work with too many people who’s mental health has been neglected. Make sure you make the time for those in your life who you feel might be in this position and ask them whether they’re ok. That might be all they need to feel a little more supported #athletesmentalhealth #mentalhealth #mentalhealthawareness

This programme was nothing short of amazing from start to finish. I have tried many different workouts and diets with very little success. The coaching and advice offered by both Sinead and Michaela is brilliant. You have complete support from the start and any questions and queries are answered straight away.

I’m not exaggerating when I say it’s one of the best things I have ever done. I feel like a new person and have achieved more in 6 weeks than months / years previously.
