Great weekend at the Modified Nationals @ Stoneleigh. Met lots of lovely people, giving out quotes and advice as always plus lots of freebies and competition entry. Renewed my policy this morning with brentacre for my 2nd year now. Smooth process literally in under 8minutes and then the certifcate emailed to me within a few minutes of being off the phone! Got my modified girls discount 20% applied and also brentacre's price match guarantee due to me finding renewal quote cheaper elsewhere. But guys when you look at the price comparisons don't forget to compare the 'excesses' as well because I don't no a company better than brentacre with their low excess! I spoke to Simon Hunt who provided excellent customer service and made sure I got the best price for my renewal. He is a asset to your team, thank you :) I look forward to renewing again next year!

I've found Brentacre really easy to deal with, have been very happy with the policy they have found for my van, and there has been no issues with the modifications that I wanted to do. Everyone I have spoke to has been friendly and extremely helpful, and any queries have been efficiently dealt with. So different to my previous insurance company who were head bangingly frustrating whenever you needed to contact them.

I have to say that Brentacre and the members of staff working there have been fantastic, I've never had insurance that is so trouble free, the staff are easy to communicate with and reach if needed. I couldn't recommend them more!

I filled in the online Van insurance form and received a phone call from David Cox. at Brentacre.

Went through lots of details and David researched into every option so I was able to get the best deal for my insurance for my T32 van.

David is a great asset to Brentacre.

If all you want is to be legal then go with the cheapest quote you can find BUT If you actually want your ride insured so that you get paid out should the worst happen then Brentacre is for you.

There are so many brokers out there now who use overseas underwriters and it's getting harder to get a claim settled from some of these companies.

With Brentacre this is not the case and they will see you through a claim from beginning to end, and on top of all that they're very competitively priced.

I was with Flux until someone recommended Brentacre to me, now I have a secure insurance policy with agreed value on all my vehicles AND all for half the price I was paying Flux!

Ask for a quote, what have you got to lose?

After unable to get a sensible quote on my 206 Gti 180 by most insurance companies i was lead to believe i would had to pay silly money which was 3 grand and more! which is stupid for such a car i was told about brentacre in which I gave them a call crossing no fingers i would get such a great friendly service and most of all the best quote beating everyone else by over a thousand with all my modifications declared. �

Unable to get a quote on a vehicle valued at £1000 value. Needs to be on your website if there is a minimum value. Looks like I'll be renewing with my current insurers, I doubt I will try you again.

Missed 2 payments due to bank holiday and not getting paid on the day phoned up to tell them what was happening payed a late payment charge at £25 when it was time to renew they wanted a full payment at £1600 was not willing to give me a monthly direct debit I told them I will lose my job if they can't give me a diret debit they was not interest only just managed to get insurance again since February



Now just started a new job also

I used brentacre for 2 years thought they were great on two different cars left them after the 3rd year stitching to Adrian flux on a Golf R . I decided to Renew with them this year only to end up selling my car a month afterwards. I presumed having paid £300 upfront and then a months premium £99. That cancelling I would be in credit and due some money back. But apparently they’re keeping there £130 commission and I still owe £11. Certainly won’t be going with them again. Hardly like I was going to another provider just simply sold my modified golf and then got a company car.... not impressed.

Dreadful company and oh so unhelpful and looks like they will be cancelling my insurance policy on the 7th March. Well done guys......Very helpful not. So where do you expect me to find the £55 quid from with creations missed direct debit fee added on when I am on UC and not due a payment until March 22nd. I have a days work tomorrow which I won't get paid until the 10th and they won't even hold off cancelling until the 10th when I will have the money. Unbelievable. Not at all helpful and even hung up the first time they rang. TRULY DREADFUL.
