Don't normally review places but this was just diabolical. My son treated me to lunch out which doesn't happen very often, I now wish he hadn't. I ordered the share platter which said it had chicken skewers, which turns out were pork, but when we challenged them about it they said it was chicken, I know the difference as I am allergic to pork, plus you could see it was pork. They didn't seem bothered but did mention that pork used to be on the platter menu, but was changed due to customers reviews. Well they obviously hadn't changed it! Then charge £3 for play area when it says on website it's free plus it says on a sign outside that the play area isn't supervised so you are to supervise your child, but then say they charge as it is supervised, maybe they should make up their minds. I will not go there again

Love the breakfast; great value that up to 2 kids eat free with any adult breakfast. Great value.

Don't normally post a review but after visiting here today I feel the need too..... ordered 2 adults and 3 child meals, adults arrived ok apart from them missing stuff off one of the described meals but not worth complaining about. Then 20 minutes later still no child meals arrived ( 3 kids sat waiting and moaning as the had to come out of the soft play expecting to eat). Asked a member of staff who said "oh sorry the kitchen forgot" ....? Then food arrived one of them being still frozen pasta!,,,,,, unbelievably the same member of staff said sorry and offered the kids free extra garlic bread. Never eat here again, shove your free garlic bread, just awful.

Food was better than it has been in the past. Could do with a larger portion but they were only 2 mains for £8.99 so I suppose you get what you pay for. £3 Is a bit much per child to go in the play area when you're eating there too. My 11 year old granddaughter was upset as too tall to go in play area.
Staff were lovely and didn't wait long for food either. Was quiet for the school holidays though.
All in all not a bad visit and would go again

I've been there twice and for me it's been fantastic. Food was standard, not a lot on the plate but was cooked perfect. Staff friendly, always there if you need anything and also a nice play area to let the squad tire themselves out :)

Rip off
Paid in excess of £70 for food and then also had to pay £3 per child for use of sub standard playroom.
Food was vile and cold.
On a positive note, I accessed their "free" WiFi to write this review!

1ST nightsteak overcooked sent back. Chios cold sent back.
2nd night Lamb shank ok.
Beef and doom bar. Lacked flavour and insipid gravy. Cound not detect spring onions in mash. Hope tomorrow is better.

Nice staff, well run. Food is of good standard. Parking not always easy at peak times, but larger car park just opposite.

User

Awfull. Staffed mostly by quite young poorly trained staff. You really only go there if you have small peps to entertain due to the play area on site. Veg often tired and limp, gravy like water, bread baked from frozen every day, just for example. Its just about doing the numbers for corporate. Screaming children are always free!
