Simply wonderful customer service. Like popping down to your local skate shop but on the internet.

I placed an order for TSG Roller Derby 2.0 elbow pads, along with matching Force 3 knee pads in the sale. Lucky me! Or so I thought. Four days after I place my online order, someone finally gets in touch to tell me that the elbow pads are sold out, but they were in stock "a few days ago." Oh! But would I be interested in a cheaper, inferior set of elbow pads unsuitable for roller derby instead? They're in the sale!

A few means two. I placed my order four days before I was contacted by Bridgend Cycle Centre, so the product was in stock when I placed my order. If they were out of stock, then they should not have been on your website available for purchase, and as a company you have a responsibility to your customers not to take money for something you cannot provide.

Additionally, accepting a refund will take days to go into my account. I have a derby at the end of the week I needed the equipment for, so not only has this companies incompetence made me miss out on a matching set of derby gear for what I thought was an amazing steal, they have also guaranteed I've missed my event.

Disgusting customer service.

Excellent service. They've tried my front wheel perfectly when it buckled and my recent service was great and at all very affordable price. I would recommend

Run by a family, very friendly good prices.
They offer bicycle repairs and maintance, also a shop for the skaters too. Roller Derby, Disco skates, and full skating protection. Anything they don't have they can order in, such as some American skate brands.

The quality of customer service here was outstanding. I would just like to thank Natalie for all her help and for going out of her way to meet me on a Sunday to collect my order. AWESOME
