I've had a fantastic experience here and I'm very thankful to the dentist Mr Andre Luiz for doing my daughters dental work and my dental work with minimum discomfort. Mr Luiz , the dental nurse and staff are always very pleasant and polite . Mr Andre took time to speak and answer all my questions .

Shocking the dental surgeon andre luiz has no time for patients when he speaks he doesn't even turn around from the computer to talk to you totally ignorant my son needed two fillings yet he has to wait 3 weeks for next appointment not even a temporary filling given in the mean time.....he also tried to say the teeth that needs attention are adult teeth when in fact they are baby teeth surely a qualified dental surgeon would know the difference between adult teeth and baby teeth which would also make you think in that case he would have thought a temporary filling would have been more urgent in order to save the teeth shocking couldn't wait to get us out of the room quick enough avoid this particular dental surgeon at all costs if you want healthy teeth

Absolutely amazing as such a nervous patient was put at ease from start by receptionist and by an amazing dentist. Can't thank them enough as a five star experience thank-you so much

User

They don't seem to have receptionists capable of answering their phones.
When I eventually did manage to get an appointment the dentist was very abrupt, hardly spoke and didn't even bother to introduce himself.
Very unprofessional feel about the whole practice.

User

Never had any problems here, always helpful, seen couple of dentists here as had an emergency appointment and all been polite and reassuring xxxxx

User

Absolutely horrific. The dentist I seen was very rude and abrupt. I'm petrified as it is of the dentist and he made no efforts to reassure me or make sure I was okay instead he proceeded to scrape at my gum and prod it even though I was visably in pain. Never going there again!

Like the previous lady I had an awful experience.( I had no choice but to use the ground d floor dentist as I have difficulty with mobility). I couldn't open my jaw as there was an abscess where both skull and jaw meet. the the male dentist shouted at me to open my mouth several timesbut, apart from approximatehalan inch I couldn't. So after injecting to try to numb the area right where the abscess was he tried prizing my jaw apart. He then said he was going to cut open my face to get the abscess out, the problem was where he wanted to cut was no where near the site, by the time he finished shouting at me I couldn't wait to get out. I managed to get an appointment with my GP the following day who promptly sent me to the p.o.w. hospital and ended up an in -patient . Now the name of the dentist surgery has changed I'm wondering are they the same people. His attitude spoils it for the other dentists

User

Fair and capable. Had a number of treatments and all have been good.
