Went to the Clark s outlet which I do every year tradition new shoes for school ! But I have to say they had the staffing and the outside measuring spot on this year in and out within ten mins well done clarks

Visited today (29 December 2017) - never seen it so busy. Used a carpark around the back that I had never seen before. However, it was all really well organised with staff directing traffic into the carparks.

We couldn't help but notice how spotless everything was, everything looks as if it has just been scrubbed clean. The toilets and all the walkways were spotless. Also it is a pleasure to walk around knowing it is a no smoking area.

The biggest thing that I noticed was how immaculate all the landscape areas around the outside of the shopping centre were. They all looked perfect and really pretty.

Well done to the Management Team, anyone can see that it is really well run.

The designer outlet is fantastic, some very good designer brands available. The shops are all under cover and hence even in the rain it's is a great place, food good too

The French Connection team are great !I had the best customer service here. Had a really great rummage through the stock and tried loads of bits on and ended up with some great bargains. When I got home (just over an hour away) I noticed that one of the jumpers I had bought had a hole under the arm. I phoned the shop and the manager (who provided some of the best customer service I've ever experienced) checked in the shop, put the same jumper in the same size aside for me and asked me to send the original jumper back to him and he'd send me a new one. Kept me up-to-date throughout the entire process and ever refunded my postage. Chuffed with the service, my items and will definitely be going back!

Love this place. Living in Surrey it is difficult to get there often but very clean, great selection of shops. All the shop assistants seem interested and want to talk to you. Loads of parking but is obviously very popular so always very full, which is a good sign I suppose. Good choice of food and clean food hall.

A very clean shopping area. Plenty of choice for eateries with extremely good food with good prices. The shops are varied and always reasonably priced. All shop staff are courteous and pleasant. Toilets cleaned regularly. Great leisurely shopping.

Am disappointed bought trousers from marks + Spencer which don't fit was told could return to any m + s shop.tried to return for refund at forestfach swansea store was refused because apparently the Bridgend store is an outlet store. Don't understand the difference as far as I was aware they are both the same company

All the staff in the shops were very lovely, even the security guard who told us we were not allowed to take in dogs.

I was told only for under 10s though i have this in every other harvester. So i asked for a golden oldies menu but they dont do it. The manager agreed i could but only this once. I felt that i had to explain about my cancer and use of chemo to explain in public why i couldnt eat an adult meal. Time's change maybe there menus should as im not the only disabled customer with dietry needs embarressed much and will not return

I phoned the shop and the manager (who provided some of the best customer service I've ever experienced) checked in the shop, put the same jumper in the same size aside for me and asked me to send the original jumper back to him and he'd send me a new one. Kept me up-to-date throughout the entire process and ever refunded my postage. Chuffed with the service, my items and will definitely be going back!

Love this place. Living in Surrey it is difficult to get there often but very clean, great selection of shops. All the shop assistants seem interested and want to talk to you. Loads of parking but is obviously very popular so always very full, which is a good sign I suppose. Good choice of food and clean food hall.

I love going shoping there its lovely to get a bargin.and we met the family so had lunch as well.So a good afternoon for us all.

Has most things you need and some you don't know you need. Impressed with the range of shops excellent customer service in every store visited. Lady in next went above and beyond phoning other stores to check stock as the jacket my partner wanted they didn't have in her size. Not as good as bicester or swindon and I imagine parking would be problematic during busy times

Great place we live in england but visit wales twice a year always come for a visit and shop great shops plenty of places to eat we love it

Good Outlet! Loved the Portmerion Shop. The Timberland shop was great, my husband received fantastic service from the young lady who served him, nothing was too much trouble. Overall, a successful visit and we will be back again next year!!

Always a pleasure to visit the Designer Outlet either to browse, shop or visit one of the many cafes or restaurants for coffees or lunches! Plenty of choice with the shops and range of products �

A very clean shopping area. Plenty of choice for eateries with extremely good food with good prices. The shops are varied and always reasonably priced. All shop staff are courteous and pleasant. Toilets cleaned regularly. Great leisurely shopping.

This outlet has certainly improved with a better selection of shops now. Just need a Ralph Lauren store next! Excellent customer service in the new balance store top marks to the young lady who helped me find a new pair of running trainer 👟👍🏻

The ted baker staff was lovely I should have taken her name went out of her way to help me and also in the timberland shop was very helpful. the addidas shop staff wasn't so helpfull think thay need to go on a customer service course .

Quite a nice airy shopping experience. Not a huge choice of shops, but enough for me ! :) Good selection of food stalls in the food hall, with a good mix of cultures. I had the Chinese. We went early, but on the way out, parking seemed to be a problem. Lots of circling cars.

Have always loved coming here but the food court is always so hectic - also maybe the staff in the Lindt shop need to be more cheerful �

Am disappointed bought trousers from marks + Spencer which don't fit was told could return to any m + s shop.tried to return for refund at forestfach swansea store was refused because apparently the Bridgend store is an outlet store. Don't understand the difference as far as I was aware they are both the same company

Not the best designer outlet we've been to, plus they don't allow dogs to walk around the complex which is a shame when you've traveled a long way with the family & one of us had to stay in the carpark so shopping was brief. All the staff in the shops were very lovely, even the security guard who told us we were not allowed to take in dogs.

Not impressed at all with this place. Because of disability and dietry needs i cannot tolerate much food so asked for a childrens menu. I was told only for under 10s though i have this in every other harvester. So i asked for a golden oldies menu but they dont do it. The manager agreed i could but only this once. I felt that i had to explain about my cancer and use of chemo to explain in public why i couldnt eat an adult meal. Time's change maybe there menus should as im not the only disabled customer with dietry needs embarressed much and will not return
