Very friendly and knowledgeable. I've had a snake and frilled dragon off them. I visit the shop often, yes there's a smell but it's an animal smell. All the enclosures are clean, I've personally never seen any flies.

Visited this shop the other day. There were no smells, no flies. The shop was clean and the enclosures were large and clean. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful. I will be purchasing from there in the near future.

We popped in for a look while here on holiday from Devon and must say how we both agreed it was nice to see animals in such large clean enclosures. Good work keep it up.

I REALLY REALLY DONT AGREE WIT THE FIRST COMMENT!!!!! I have visited this shop for many years now an bought all of my reptiles off them in my personal experience this shop is very well looked after, and with all live stock as anyone will tell you have an odour i know of many cats and dogs which have a smell, to be honest bridgend reptiles is an extremely plesent shop to visit the staff are very polite and accommadating, they are always more than willing to help with advice on all aspects of animals and my children also love this shop as the reptiles are of a wide range and are kept in excellent enclosures with the right amount of space, heat and humidity. if the owners didn't care about the animals they would not stay till gone 10pm some nights an xmas making sure all the animals are fed watered and cleaned. Anyone wit reptiles will tell you that it takes time to clean the vivariums so with so many to clean it takes time so they cant do all by the time the shop opens it takes all day. in my experience i have visited many other reptile shops an this by far is 1 of the best and cleanest i know of!!!!! before anyone who reads this makes a judgement visit for yourself and make your own mind up i think you will agree its a lovely shop!!!!!!!!!! well done bridgend reptiles top marks :)
